The front desk staff was amazing - especally Nickola. We ask him about a spot to eat and he was so helpful in a recommendation, getting us there and then they treated us special because they talked to Nickola.
the rooms could have been bigger as there wasn't enough room for our suit cases. The dinning room could use an update.

Room location and balcony were great, breakfast was good, restaurant and english speaking staff were very good.
Pool area is very nice.
Shuttle service very spotty, never used it , either walked or paid a taxi to Sant Angelo. Man working security at the pools very rude and disrespectfull.....no idea of the word discreet, loud and embarassing...no help at all...definitely one star off my rating . Swim caps should be supplied in the room along with the sandals, bathrobes...Again man in the red shirt at the pools , very much put a real stop to our fun and enjoyment. Can't blame the entire hotel on one bad apple.

Le calme, le confort et la propreté de la chambre.
Petit déjeuner abondant et très varié
Bar de la piscine , possibilité de se restaurer à un prix raisonnable pour des plats copieux et produits de qualité..
La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La navette pour descendre à l’arrêt du bus ou à Sant’Angelo!!
Les nombreuses piscines.
Un effort pourrait être fait, concernant les jets des différentes douches proches des piscines.

Mancava il sapone in camera e accappatoio a pagamento!!!
