Cava d'Oro

Alexia and George were absolutely fantastic, warm and helpful hosts. The hotel could not be in a better location in terms of the old town moments away from the main gate to the old town with easy access to free parking nearby if you rent a car to explore the island. The port is only a few minutes walk away to explore nearby islands like Symi or get a water taxi to the beaches. The gorgeous Elli beach is within walking distance. The breakfast was incredible with fresh bakery items and fruit everyday. Also very handy to have a large room with a fridge / tea and coffee and everything you could want. This really offers an old town experience in a building that is hundreds of years old! Alexia and George truly could not have been more welcoming and friendly.

Nothing

Nice characterful rooms in historic building. Great breakfast. Central but quiet location

Alexia and George are the best hosts you could ever wish for. ❤️ They make you feel extremely welcome from the very beginning. We had a really special trip as we were celebrating my birthday and we also got engaged on our trip💍. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. We are so pleased we chose Cava d’oro for our trip. The room was spotlessly clean, beautiful and really comfortable. The location is in the old town which is definitely the prettiest part of Rhodes and right near lots of restaurants. If you’re looking for the perfect stay, this is the place. Choose the people who go above and beyond for their customers and who genuinely have so much love and care for the people who stay. Not only did we come back home as fiancés but we came home after gaining two very special friends who we cannot wait to see again once we are married and celebrate with them. We can’t wait to come back! Lots of love, Natalie & Andy❤️💕

Location, lovely little restaurants just around the corner.
