The hotel is beautiful. The rooms were cleaned daily. All mini bar is included within the all inclusive and is restocked most days! The room also has a large tv with Netflix installed which came in handy when we had days of awful weather. The buffet restaurant was great! I’m not normally impressed with these but it really was decent! All a La carte restaurants are also included with the all inclusive! Great variety of cocktail selection and enjoyed them all!

When we arrived all à la carte restaurants were fully booked and we weren’t told to try book these in advance before staying. The hotel did however manage to get us booked into them all! Loved most of them but the steak restaurant was a slight let down the meats weren’t great.

Staffs were lovely and the beach was beautiful

We got a food poisoning while there. Although the hotel staff were so nice, took care of us and even offered us with free room service

We really enjoyed the hotel’s facilities. The beach was very nice, and we stayed in a villa with a private pool, which we really enjoyed and would definitely recommend for the added comfort. We also liked the hotel’s various snack and food stands, which were a nice and convenient option for grabbing something to eat throughout the day.

The main downside of our stay was that it often felt like we had to push quite hard to get relatively simple issues resolved. We were initially unhappy with the rooms we had been allocated and raised this with the reception. At first, we were told that nothing could be done. Only after raising the issue several times and making it clear that the rooms were not acceptable to us – and that we were willing to pay for an upgrade – was a solution found. In the end, we were upgraded at no additional cost, which we genuinely appreciated. However, it was frustrating that a good solution was only offered after several discussions rather than when we first raised our concerns. We had a similar experience when asking for an invoice or receipt after paying for our stay. We were initially told that this could not be provided because it was “against protocol” since the reservation had been made through Booking.com. After a fairly lengthy discussion, an exception was eventually made and we received the documentation. Perhaps procedures are different locally, but from our perspective, receiving a receipt for a payment is a very reasonable request and should not require a lengthy discussion. More generally, the level of service varied quite a lot depending on the member of staff. Some were very helpful, but particularly at reception, we occasionally felt as though our requests were an inconvenience, even when we were simply asking for fairly basic things. Overall, the issues were eventually resolved, which we appreciate, but the experience would have been much better if the same solutions had been offered without the need to repeatedly push for them.

- Al a carte restaurants were nice (Asian/ Italian / Steak) - Dionisis the bar waiter was exceptional , always going the extra mile and kept giving us good drink options to try and he was also always happy and friendly.

- Main restaurant - there were no options for evening buffet at all and breakfasts waiting forever for a coffee by the time you had eaten breakfast, the coffee still hadn’t come out. - Slow service with drinks at the main bar and pool bar - No mini bar restock for 2 days but was advised when we got there the fridge was unlimited and would be filled up every day. - No restock of toilet roll/ body wash- had to request - The bed sheets were not replaced at all on our stay ( 1 week), this seemed very unhygienic to not change the sheets not even once.
