The staff was very responsive and friendly and helped us quickly whenever we needed anything

We requested early checkin, and we tried to know whether we can get the rooms early or not. We called the day before and also on the day of arival and we got a standard reply that they will try to get the room ready but they can't promise anything. Eventually I got a response that the rooms are already ready but that was 2 hours before checkin and we have 2 hours drive so it didn't help us. We checked in at 15:00. It could help alot if the hotel can tell a head of time that the rooms will be ready to alow guests time to plan ahead.

EXCEPTIONAL hotel! Genuinely friendly staff . Quiet (hallways and stairs are carpeted). Best hotel AND best breakfast and best coffee in our 20 days tour of Israel.

Do not read old reviews . Management changed early 2024 . There is nothing the hotel can do to improve. It's perfect.

You might hear the elevator if your room is close. And since you can’t put down the door handle when closing the door from outside (you can only pull hard), closing the doors is kind of noisy.

Really.nice! The location is excellent, only a short walk down to the besch. The staff is very international and very friendly. I was given a room with seaview from the side, when you go to the front you can always have s good look at the Mediterranean. The rooms are stylish and nicely decorated. I didn't have breakfast but had a short look at the buffet, it looked good! Last but not least: all day free coffee and tea at the receiptionbar.

Too bad I couldn't stay longer.

The parking is not free for the guests.

The check in & reception team were attentive and extremely helpful.

The bedroom was very dark & cold. Heater blew cold air out. There were no drawers and very limited hanging space. The TV malfunctioned and we could not get beyond the first screen

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room looked exactly like in the picture, the interior was nice and clean. The shower worked perfectly. Helpful staff, and good coffee in the lobby. Great location, close to the beach.
