Central location. Very clean. Good communication.
Due to the location it was noisy until very late. We knew this from previous reviews but central location outweighs the noise.

Incredible location with an absolutely unique view accompanied by super efficient timely communication!
It is a bit noisy since you are directly in the city center but the accommodations provides basic earplugs

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Each room has complimentary espresso, tea, and cold water. The sky bar is wonderful, and the location is the best you could hope for!
The air conditioner is loud but bearable - some rooms don’t have a view of the piazza but are probably quieter.

Amazing location, rooftop bar excellent. Lovely friendly staff
Rock hard mattress, basic but spacious accommodation.
Poor breakfast that had to be pre ordered.
