Smell was awful on the room floor

Breakfast is good, i Just suggest add more menus ex.pancakes, bacon etc, Location is Nice.

The staff was extremely helpful and customer service was excellent!

The aircon old and filters full of dusts and dirt, window curtains dirty, and the towels provided has lots of stains

I liked it since it is too close to the place that i wanted to go everyday. i mean the City Hall. and also close to the mall I C M.

Loved this place! Clean! Friendly staff, always helpful, smiling and so caring for their guest. Good breakfast, and the dinner in the restaurant…first class! Went to many restaurants around also, but the dinner in the hotel was absolutely the best! And the restaurant staff was all great too ! Bryan, Nancy, Rye, Jomarlou and Marcelito and all others working there which I’m sorry I don’t remember all the names….keep on doing your fantastic job taking care of the guest. I’m so thankful to you all for making my first stay in your beautiful country so memorable.
