The pillows were not good , they were stained. Also separate bath essentials were not provided. No tooth brush as well

Liked the hospitality and good service from restaurent staffs.

Car parking should be valet.

Nothing. Except for the location of the hotel, everything was pathetic.

Everything. From checkin to Checkout, everything was a mess. I am not writing this out of any madness. People should know before going. The reception was pathetic. I have two kids(one infant and one four year child). I reached 4 hours before checking. They did not allow early check-in. I had to stay at the reception which had only two sofas for 4 hours until I went out in the beach because it was getting difficult and kids were restless. The reception bathroom was third class bathroom. it was horrible. you do not have a proper changing room in case someone wants to. The food was totally horrible. it was mostly South indian. While once in while it is good, you should have the option to keep North Indian breakfast too. Until I checkedin formally, the staff did not pay any heed. After I checked in , then they started greeting "good morning " sir. Is that professionally accepted practice? Room's bathroom was horrible for the price we paid. Lots of other things also but I feel this is enough to let you know my expereince.

Amazing Yummy breakfast. Tasty Pancakes with honey and variety of spread Neatly arranged buffet Refilling done at quick time Unlimited breakfast with masala omelette and Dosa. Thanks to all the staff
