This property is in a secure gated community between the old and new towns of Sirmione. This is luxurious , immaculate accommodation with modern decor. It has a private garden and access to 3 very well maintained pools. Each property has its own underground garage with remote control garage doors. The garage leads directly into the accommodation. The lakeside is literally 1 minute walk from the front gate. The property manager was there to meet us on arrival which made checkin very easy. There are smart TV’s in all bedrooms and both lounges. Location is great for numerous restaurants within walking distance.

excellent location not far from Sirmione old town . Really appreciated the underground large garage. Loved the lovely pools on site. relaxing place to stay.

The accommodation and it's location cannot be faulted. It was perfect. The apartment is first class, spotless, well-sized for a family of six. The complex was well-maintained, the pools practically empty but always checked for cleanliness. Excellent communications all along the way, everyone was so helpful including advising on taxis etc., letting us drop bags off early when we arrived and pick them up before we left. The location is stunning. Beautiful views of Lake Garda practically on the doorstep, just walk of the complex and it's there! The main town was ideal for shopping and eating, the Old Town was gorgeous to wander around with so much to see.

Nothing that we didn't like other than having to come home!!! We'd have loved to have been able to stay longer!!

Exceptional location, apartment is perfect and very close to two pools and parking is a breeze in a private garage on the lower level of the apartment. The complex is meticulously maintained. Kids absolutely loved the pools. Highly recommended

Accommodation had everything needed for a group/family as described, swimming pool lovely. The Patio with garden was wonderful. Out contacts were welcoming and explained everything and we knew we could contact them if we really needed to, but was not needed. Very relaxing holiday and would return again to Phoenix Garda Hills. 😊

Nothing to dislike

The location was perfect. The 2 bicycles were great to discover the surroundings. Nearby Sirmione, Verona, Milano and Verona. It was very clean. And the people were very friendly. Nice swimming pool just in front of the house. Good internet, washer and dryer, dishwasher, tv, etc. Big garden with BBQ and good sitting area.

Small living room. No dinner table inside the house. Only 1 sofa for 3 persons, while it’s a holiday house for 6 people.

Good hospitality, location and quality appartment

We had plenty of space for 6 guests with accommodation set on 2 floors with a private garden and bbq area. The apartment was very clean and everyone had bathrobes and slippers provided. We didn’t feel on top of each other. We had access to 2 pools which were very clean. Beach towels were also included. The washing machine has every setting and meant we didn’t have to overpack. Lovely outdoor furniture too. The accommodation was very well situated. 30 mins from Verona airport and walking distance to lake water sports. The lake is truly stunning and local restaurants serve great food at very reasonable prices. Felt very safe. Every one wears masks inside shops and we were always able to eat outside. Venice is 1.5 miles away and well worth the visit! Wonderful holiday! Thank you!

The management of the resort to not allow any inflatables - not sure why. But the 4 teenagers had fun anyway. Also limited shade as no parasols. But we spent a lot of time at the lake anyway as it is so beautiful and a few mins walk away.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. The apartment owners are always ready to help. The apartment, the swimming pool and the surrounding area are kept clean at all times. Perfect !
