The hotel and breakfast staff were outstanding and very helpful.

Nice place to stay. Near the train station where you can take Shinkansen or local train. It tooks only 15 mins from Yamagata station by Shinkasen. It's a good choice.

clean, quiet, good location

Great location, it is near the airport, train station, and bus stop which was very convenient for me. There is also a mall nearby with several places to eat and also a convenience store. The staff was very polite and booked the taxi for me in the morning to the airport, just them the flight number and they will make arrangements. Also, there is a complimentary breakfast in the morning served with coffee or tea.

Everything was great, really nothing to complain about. Just wished maybe to stay a little longer next time.

PRICE: It was affordable and quite reasonable. LOCATION: The hotel is within walking distance from Sakuranbo Higashine Station. There is a nearby Family Mart, Nakau, Mos Burger, AEON Mall, and coin laundry. ROOM: The room was perfect for a solo traveler. It was a comfortable size. The room where I stayed at had a pretty good view. MATTRESS: The bed was quite firm. It's perfect for me because I like this kind of bed. ROOM AMENITIES: The room had all the basic necessities: a big TV, a small fridge, a kettle, a small side table, and some other stuff like wooden hangers, a shoe horn, a flashlight, a pair of bedroom slippers. In the bathroom, you have the usual toothbrush and toothpaste, brush, razor, a hairdryer. BREAKFAST: Because of coronavirus safety measures, breakfast was a bento set which we could eat in our room. It was pretty filling. STAFF: The staff were kind but I'm not sure if they speak English. We understood each other through simple Japanese.

If you have a lot of clothes, there's no real closet so just be aware of this.

Everything was just fine. The view from my room was great. I could have the sunlight from the very beginning of the day. I think i will stay again here next time.

This is not really a dislike but the car park is a litle far from the hotel. It was the No.2 car pakr but i see that the No.1 car park which is next to the hotel may had some empty places left.
