I really don't understand why this hotel gets such low reviews. It is an all inclusive resort. For starters my rooms was excellent, very clean and tidy, the maids did an excellent job of making sure everything was tip top. The mattress was to a firm quality which I prefer, the balcony was clean and tidy. The food selection for Lunch and Dinner was excellent, with a variety of different foods each evening, there was something for everyone which I was very impressed with! It wasn't bland or tasteless like some all inclusive resorts. There was also a wide selection of drinks, including proper Coca Cola and San Miguel on draught, which is impressive for a cheap resort. The pool area was small, but very clean and the pool was extremely refreshing.

The only down side was the showers in our rooms couldn't maintain a decent temperature, they kept going hot and cold, aside from that no complaints.

Lovely reception area. Nice breakfast and dining area. Good pool area and plenty inside and outside sitting places. Good location for everything.

Rooms !! well my room was the worst I have ever stayed in for the noise. You can hear everything snoring neighbours, lift doors slamming, crying children over the passageway, healed shoes upstairs, along the corridors, telephone conversations, the traffic down the side street and dogs barking, Need I say more. I had about 3 nights sleep out of 9. I would not return to the hotel for that reason.
