Great position so close to the square and restaurants and bars
Walking distance to a park for our dog
Hotel staff very friendly and informative about the area
Public Underground parking nearby which hotel gave us a ticket to get out for free
Not easy to find but able to drop off bags and then park
Dog bed and treats left in room. Dogs allowed in bar but not restaurant

It is a traditional, historic hotel. The staff could not have been more accommodating or kinder and supplied my dog with a bowl, bed and treats. a lovely addition.

This was the 2nd time that we passed. Everything the same as previous, remains a good hotel to stay etc., .
Still a lesser score about the room 110, compared to previous. Small, crampy. Oké for 1 night in a nice city.

The location at the heart of Plaza Mayor makes this hotel an ideal choice to jump-start your VA!-lladolid exploration! The rooms were simple which is not an issue. Maybe a bit too small for a couple or three but I was alone so not a problem at all. The bathrooms were ok and had the necessities one would require. I'd stay here again!
Breakfast was limited and they did not have an omelette service. Nespresso was in abundance which kept me satisfied but overall buffet offering could be a tad bit better.

You will not regret booking this hotel if you want a very central location. It’s a traditional hotel and the staff professional
The cheaper rooms are very small. No kettle or fridge in room. Parking is in nearby underground car park with 2 metre height limit, otherwise it’s public parking a 5 mins walk away.

The location so near to Place Mayor was incredible breakfast was ok but the room was quiet and clean with good toiletries
