Beautiful place to rest and enjoy time with family. The biggest afftraction is pool - amazing, clean with space to relax. Kids were jumping, swimming for long hours. Cozy house, comfortable beds, very efficient air-conditioning system. House is aprox.2 min walk from the clean and not crowded beach. Owner Mateo and his wife are very friendly, heplful and willing to advise if you have any questions about countryside, etc.

Wifi could work better…

Swimming pool and garden is amazing it also only 2 minutes walk to a private beach for the estate. Although beach looks small it is not crowded since it is not public accessible. The water is crystal clear, no rocks in the sea(completely sandy also no weeds) and shallow very long while perfect for children. Pool is great size for a family and half of it shallow for children to enjoy. Location is superb since most of the beautiful Puglia towns are easily (max. 30mins) drive distance. But if you only wished settle somewhere and don’t want to move I would still choose this villa since it gives you everything. Although we didn’t try there are some walking distance restaurants in the estate as well. Mateo and Maria are very friendly hosts and living second floor of the villa. so they were always helpful if we needed anything also gave us lots of ideas about where to see where to eat.

This is not property’s fault but there is a beautiful bar/restaurant was never open it is a shame but may be it is a seasonal thing. (we are here early June)But since the house is so close we left our stuff at the beach and had everything we needed at the house that’s so convenient. if you need a luxury look or after separate rooms with kids etc. this is not for you. Since as many reviewers also wrote this is one bed with a screen in the middle to split in between sleeping areas. This wasn’t a problem for us also there are still plenty of areas to have more individual time.

actually, the only thing that matched the pictiures on the booking website was the pool. The only thing!

Instead of 2 bedrooms, the was only one separated by a harmonica curtain. The kitchen/livingroom was a verandah with a sink and a cooking fire. In the cooking corner there were no power outlets; these were situated at the opposite side of the verandah. The bathroom mirror was cracked, the door handle hung loose. The terras was 4M² of uneven flagstones covered with a dirty artificial grass carpet. At the side wall of the houde was a washing machine, outside in plain air. The right part of the garden was a construction warf with a construction scaffold and painting pots. We went away there after one night, looking for other lodgings. The owner refused us to pay back the other ,non-spent nights. No only a considerable sum of money lost, but a holiday for three as well. In brief, the place is a nightmare. Stay away!

Mateo and Maria are nice Hosts. They arrange everything from bed linen, towels and a bottle of vine. The outside of the apartment is amazing. Pool, sofas and beautiful garden. They bought some bread and cheese for us. The apartment has a lot of stuff like electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster etc.

The description of the house is wrong. There ate not two bedrooms. It is only one bedroom with a mobile plastic wall. Because is raining weather we have a flood in the kitchen for two times. This is the reason for the big humidity and bad smell of the air. Wifi connection was not able for three days.

The host Matteo and Maria are excellent host. Very kind willing to help with your needs. The community was gated and it had everything from a private beach to grocery store, restaurants (breakfast/lunch only) and much more. Our favorite spot was relaxing by the pool and visiting the beautiful town of Ostuni. We never been to Puglia but will defiantly go back to visit and visit our now new friends Matteo and Maria.

The bed mattress could be softer.

Great place to stay - swimming pool in the garden and very close to the beach also fantastic starting point for travelling around ( car needed).

My only small criticism is about not having a light inside, there was not window in the bedroom. Otherwise very good.
