Окна на парк, относительно тихая улица, до old town 15 минут пешком.

Полное отсутствие звукоизоляции - любой звук в коридоре (любое перемещение, хлопанье дверей, назойливый писк незакрытых дверей и тд) отлично слышен и в номере. Номер меньше, чем выглядит на фото. Нет определенного времени уборки - часто приходили убираться в неудобное время. Бассейн декоративный.

Servicen från personalen var inte så bra. Fanns ingen barnsäng (vi fick lägga kuddar och ett täcke på golvet) Frukostbuffén var stängd (när det skulle vara öppet) - och såg riktigt trist ut. Vi gick till old town och åt - ca 10 min promenad (bättre att bo i Old Town - det skulle vi göra om vi åker tillbaka.

10 minutes walk into town and hotel was reasonably clean. Stayed 3 nights.

The pool was a waste of space,all under cover and no sun. On our last day we checked out and went on day tour. When we returned I requested reception call a taxi so we could get to our next hotel. She made one call and said there are no taxis. No solution no explanation. No plan to help guests. I’d given the reception the address of our next destination. I’d kept a taxi driver’s card from earlier and asked her to call the number and try and get a taxi through his company. Somewhere between calling the number and the taxi arriving a miscommunication occurred and the taxi driver assumed we wanted to transport to the Airport. We made the assumption that reception had passed on the address of our new accommodation, she had not done this. We only realised we were heading to the Airport when we saw the signage. Reception was useless, no plan other than “no taxi”

Very average for a 4 star

Very poor breakfast for a 4 star hotel towels need replacement I had towels worn with loose threads l also had no toiletries in my room on arrival

It was clean staff helpful but no English facilities great breakfast was excellent

Mosquitoes
