Ausreichend

Lovely property - rooms are great, views are incredible
Absolutely beautiful view. The days were clear enough to see the other islands across the sea. The home is spacious and the decor is old, but it was comfortable.
The balconies were stunning and having a little table and chairs there was such a nice touch, especially to enjoy the sunsets.
Here are the rooms:
Downstairs - entryway, living room with dining table which is open plan to the kitchen. Left of the kitchen there is a room of a double bed with an ensuite and a single bed. On the right there are two bedrooms, one twin room of two single beds and one room with a double bed - these two rooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom.
Upstairs - there is a double room, a twin room of two single beds, and they both share a bathroom in the hallway. Next to this bathroom is an upstairs kitchenette, which has another fridge for extra fridge space. The master bedroom is upstairs too. It has a double bed, a single bed, a walk in wardrobe room and a large ensuite, which has a shower, his and hers sinks and a jet tub.
Even further upstairs is the "gym". However my fellow guests mentioned it wasn't functional.
There are lots of deckchairs, and lots of pleasant seating outdoors.
There is a barbecue, but due to the risk of wildfires, we were asked not to use it, and we were very happy to oblige.
The pool was lovely and the pool cleaner comes on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The sound of the aeroplanes might be a negative to some, but as a very light sleeper I had no issues.
This was the place I got ready for my wedding.
No soap. I'm not expecting everything, however I was expecting hand soap. For a 5-night stay, to buy handsoap for every bathroom and kitchen felt like a lot. I would ask for handsoap (at the minimum) to be left by each sink, for hygiene and to avoid the gastro flu outbreaks among tourists.
The dishwasher came with only two tablets. I appreciate not running the dishwasher too often, but we were a lot of people eating multiple meals a day in the villa and needed the dishwasher to clean our dishes between meals, also to prevent ants. So for this many people, I'd ask for more tablets to be left, rather than having to buy our own.
You cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet, a common thing in Rhodes.
There are a lot of ants, and so we stored as much as we could on the fridge or sealed it up as best as we could on the counters.

Superb
Elevated position with lovely views - plenty of space - nice and private
Some of the plumbing could be fixed - no cold water on one of the showers - hot water scalding - could hurt someone.
Guard dog kept on a long line - nobody came to exercise the dog during the week we were there.
