A stylish and well maintained villa located in the quiet area just 100m away from the seashore. Excellent for families or group of friends of up to 4 people. Easy to find, not surrounded by other buildings, with clear sea view. Huge pool with automatic cleaning system adjacent to the terrace with wooden floor. There are various tavernas and pubs in the walking proximity where you may either enjoy Cretan cuisine while dining or drinks afterwadrs having relaxing view on the waves. Chara is an excellent host, very attentive to details and always in touch to make your stay comfortable as much as possible.

Beautiful house right at the beach, big, beautiful garden with a big pool and a great view. Located in a quiet village with nice restaurants, close to the airport of Chania and well connected. The landlord is very friendly as well. We spent a lovely, relaxing week with the whole family at the Blue Sea Luxury Villa and are definitely planning to return soon.

The house is very comfortable and fully equiped, even with basic needs like salt, suger, coffee, toiletpaper etc. Its superbly located, views over the sea and walking distance to some nice local restaurants. There is a large supermarket few hundred meters away. If you dont want to make breakfast, there is a place 300 meters away where you can have a nice breakfast on the beach. The host is absolutely wonderful, she made sure we had something to eat and drink when we arrived late night, went with us to the doktor and booked/advised on restautants. The villa is very quite, park your car next to it, the pool is huge. Great area, quite, but still short drive to some amazing spots. Would defenitely visit again and book a week there.

We were very impressed with Blue Sea Luxury Villa. The house has been built and furnished to a high spec and is beautifully laid out and equipped particularly for those wishing to cook and relax should you chose not to dine out. The large pool really makes the house as so many villas properties have such small ones. It is very conveniently located for numerous bars and restaurants with a well-stocked supermarket within five minutes walking distance. Chara is a fantastic host, who really made the holiday providing an abundance of local knowledge on the best beaches, restaurants and things to do. We had a wonderful time and would recommend Blue Sea Luxury Villa anyone looking for a relaxing, high quality holiday in Crete.

Clean, contemporary villa with a beautiful swimming pool. Wonderfully equipped and thoughtful extras provided. Chara, the owner, couldn’t be more helpful or communicative. The location is ideal for touring the southwest and west of Crete; Chania, Palechora, Elafonisi beach and wonderful sunset dinners at Falasarna. Locally Maleme is a quiet village with shops and supermarkets and the beaches are clean and not busy. There are several cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

The open plan living of the villa, the view, the space, the closeness of all amenities on foot, pina coladas on the beach!
