Room was clean and well-styled. Breakfast was good with many options. The staff was friendly, answering our many questions with helpful solutions. Would definitely stay there again.

Sve sto se tice lokacije, osoblja, komocije, cistoce, ponude, cijene i usluznosti. Posebno moram naglasiti da su uposlenici profesionalci i veoma kulturni.

Malo bi muzika mogla biti prilagodena u lobiju i restoranu da se moze razgovarati bez podizanja glasa. Takoder u toku noci se moze ista ugasiti da ne smeta gostima.

All staff at front desk (especially Yunos and Ersin) and concierge (Ibrahim) were friendly, pleasant, warm and helpful. They went that extra mild. Hotel is strategically located and within walking distance to eating places, tram and grand bazaar. Breakfast was good. Would definitely come back!

The streets were a bit noisy

AC wasn’t great to begin with but then the room got cooler

Superb location, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, the room size was fine, the breakfast was good too, and the staff was very professional and polite, special thanks to Yunus the manager, Furkan, Ibrahim, Omar, Yasemin, and the entire kitchen team.

The lack of a swimming pool and fitness room.

Location is excellent, close to the popular attractions. Hotel staff and reception team were very cooperative, professional and welcoming. Special thanks to Mr. Abdurrahman, Mr. Yunus and Mr. Ersin from reception, for their efforts that made my stay as smooth as possible. It was a short yet enjoyable stay!

We love how friendly everyone was and the hotel was both clean and luxurious. The way they took care of us and our daughter Ayla was very beautiful. We would also like to thank for the great food. We wish to come back to everyone very soon. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

We loved the staff. The ladies in the breakfast were soooo nice . The boys at the front desk suuuper caring and funny. Yunus was excellent and help us with everything we need the transfer from the airport and to the port. Also the guy at the bar area was very friendly The beds of the room were very comfortable and we loved that we were very close to all the places we wanted to visit in old City.Over all the Hotel experience was amazing and certainly better that I was expecting.We highly reccomend you stay at Golden Royal Hotel.

Everything was awesome

This property is in the central part of the old city. It is tucked away down a side street that means it isn’t as noisey as other places. We were there during high season when 100,000s of tourists in the area, but the hotel was relatively quiet and we found a good place to escape from the crowds. This hotel also close to major tourist sites, easy access to trams and metro, close to ferries and buses. Perfect place to plan other trips from

Now and then a smell of the old city but given that the site is 1000s years old, relatively good.

location perfect to access attractions/ grand bazaar and metro access Reception staff Yunus helpful as always, kind sand looked out after us. Yasmeen lovely and make us feel welcome during breakfast time.

The hotel personnel was very sweet! And we were offered a Turkish delights box before leaving Istanbul :)

Very friendly staff, amazing service, breakfast was lovely, Abdur-Rahman was very friendly and very helpful during the whole stay, he would go out of his way and help us as much as he could and always welcome us. Yunus helped us with the checkout process and made it all easy for us. Staff at breakfast were lovely and would always go above and beyond. Overall an amazing stay in which I will definitely visit again.

The Golden Royal is a gem of a hotel in Istanbul. I love this city and equally love this hotel which is why I continue to stay here on every visit, it is my Go To Hotel! The breakfast is great with loads of choice, rooms are clean and beds huge and so comfortable. Location is perfect, in-between The Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar,so many eateries and the tram stop just 2 mins away. All the staff are incredibly welcoming and so helpful with any questions you may have. Special thanks to Ersin who always welcomes me back, Mahmud who gave me water amd coffee at 5am when I was gasping! and not forgetting Younas. Such friendly staff! Would highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed Thank you for a wonderful stay. Xx
