Best Western New Kent Hotel

The hotel was well situated for local shopping parking was limited but there were some spaces around the back, we were welcomed and given advise about the area and dining offers, the room was clean with fresh bedding, very nice bathroom with lovely clean towels and well stocked tea tray, we booked for a meal at the inhouse Indian restaurant which was very good, we booked breakfast and the table was ready for our time and the food was again very good ,overall a very enjoyable stay all staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to stop us from another visit when we're next in the area

Lovely small hotel with very helpful and friendly staff in a great part of Newcastle. We unfortunately didn’t have dinner in the restaurant, but it smelt and looked amazing so we will definitely be back. Great to have free parking.

We went for a race and the accommodation was near the start line. It was good location for the race, staff were nice it was prefect for what we wanted

The location is good. Metro is nearby.

Very Noisy. You can hear everything also the music from the cafe and restaurant is very loud.
