Best Western Premier Ark Hotel

We stayed twice in the same room [103], it's an enormous suite and very quiet even though it is at the front of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and we truly enjoyed the space. Receptionists were friendly and helpful and everything was meticulously clean.

There was no signage at the airport and the people we asked spoke no English, so it was a drag finding the place close to midnight. TIP: the hotel is better know as 'The Ark' and is near the arrivals hall; opposite side of the street to the right. The food [risotto] and white wine we had for dinner was horrible, the waiter rude and breakfast leaves a lot to be desired; when arriving late most food is gone and a good, self service coffee machine would be a bonus. In the cofee shop they tried to charge us double the amount for our food and beverages!

Chaotic traffic at the roundabout in front but the room was very well insulated from the outdoor noise.

The staff were kind and understanding. We were bumped from our 6 am flight and they were so kind as to let us go back to sleep in the room we had checked out of at 3 am. The beds were the most comfortable of our whole trip!!! The breakfast was good Clean, bright and very close to airport - literally walked across street to terminal. A few small convenience shops near by. Checked in, returned our car rental down the street (parade 1 , forth floor) and walked back to hotel. Rental car company Europa inside hotel

Sauna didn’t work, bed was wet, hotel is very old and purely maintained
