Hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to serve our family. The location was great. Breakfast was nice. Overall, it was a great stay.
I would guess that this is on booking.com, but there was secondary building which is not on the ocean block. (We did not know about the other building)
The staff did book us a room in the main building so we were good, but it wouldn't have been so nice if we had to stay in the secondary building.

Dark room, no lights. Makes it easier to sleep.
Uncomfortable pillows. Someone set the alarm clock for 6am & it woke us up. Dogs barking.
