Close to the beach. Beautiful small town. Not crowded at all.

It had everything we needed. Clean sheets and towels.

What a great place. 2 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Still quiet surroundings. The house is fully equipped, you will find literally everything you might need. Private parking space in front of the house. Ground floor: Bathrooms are nice, clean and well maintained, one with a good shower and one with a bath. The four bedrooms have excellent beds and are quite spacious with built in cupboards. First floor: Living room with dining table and two comfy couches. Satellite tv. Large and complete kitchen. Nice terrace overlooking houses opposite and with sea view. Very homely feel, the place does not feel like a typical holiday home. It's overall extremely well maintained and kept very clean. Fast wifi available. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Praia da Luz in this time of year is a very pleasant place to relax!

- construction work going on next door, no pre warning given. - only 1 baby safety gate at top of stairs attached to a weak wall post, had to be tightened many times - requires a gate at the bottom as well. - dirty towels on arrival in bathroom and bedroom from previous guests. - leaking shower in bathroom. - poor maid service, only changed bed sheets and towels and left within approx 20 mins. - floor in living area dirty upon arrival. - no bed sheets for cot, had to take off a bed and fold to fit in cot. - no safety deposit box (despite advertising one on their listing). when it did arrive it was drilled into the wall without warning - baby was sleeping next door. final kicker was when the awning fell off due to the weak wall attachment - lucky no one was hurt. took 2 days for them to attend and remove. reported first thing Thursday and didn’t remove until after 7 Friday. far from picky family but the behaviour from property manager has put me in the frame of mind to point out things. Also took Maria too long to let us know if we could check in early, we weren’t fussed if we couldn’t, we just needed to know to do we could make arrangements. We found out answer 2 days before arriving

Location is great- 5min walk from the beach. The patio with the ocean view is wonderful and has a nice breakfast table. Beds were adequate. Maria was responsive when there was an issue with the internet.

It's missing the most basic items like paper towels, salt, sugar. The beach umbrella is broken. The pictures represent it as having a pool but the pool was a communal pool about 1/4mi from the apartment.

The location of the house is perfect just a few steps away from a very nice clean sandy beach. The house is big with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms perfect for family with kids. The terras view is lovely you can watch sea from it. The Wifi works also very good and fast. The Kitchen has every thing you need for cooking. Even the appartment has no airco the sleep rooms are cold enough to have a good sleep. If you come by car you have a private parking place in front of the door. The check went also very smootly and the host Mariana is very fast and good with communication. I would love to come here back again.
