Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Nice bar and Japanese restaurant …and the chocolate shop . Great breakfast .

Wish there were some more restaurants

Your restaurants are excellent, enjoyed a lovely easter sunday lunch at the Orient 8. Club Area was also very good!!

Strategic location.

The process while i checked in, the guest name in the booking confirmation was not with me. I go for checked in and then the reception rejected me although i have showed the booking confirmation and show the id card of the guest name. But still need to confirmation by phone to the guest name and then i must manage my booking to change the guest name as me. Please be simple and maybe for the next time i wouldn't stay the night at Mulia again. Thanks

Gorgeous lobby, friendly staffs, nice interior room, confortable beds,, really enjoyed 5 star hotel's atmosphere

The temprature in the hotel was too cold, even I turned OFF the air conditioner in my room. So I wore jacket all time. And unfortunately in this Corona pandemic the cafe was closed

The bed was super comfortable. The staffs are very helpful and super friendly. The access to the pool was limited by bookings, which is great in a time like this to avoid crowd. The room was clean and huge for a family with 1 kid.

There was a used hairband in our bathroom, no big deal tho, thought it was very human to missed something like that. The breakfast options was pretty limited, tasted good but not enough options. Only got 1 pair of slippers when we got in, had to ask for another extra pair for my wife.

Best Breakfast & Friendly Staff

The staff, food, business center, swimming pool, Sunday brunch and atmosphere were all exceptional. The fitness center was one of the best hotel gyms I have ever seen. The only problem that occurred for me was the onsite ATM would not accept my card.

There is nothing that I did not like.
