We would love to mention about the staff at reception , specially, Chisako Ikeda ( staff ) who was sweet , amazing and extremely helpful . She made our stay much more comfortable. A BIG THANKS TO HER and HOTEL !!

I like the location, the parking space availability, the breakfast and and the spa. I also appreciate it that they let the Receptionist work her early morning shift with her baby.

The room was tiny, but our daughter loved the bunk bed. Breakfast was above average. Staff was very friendly, helpful and warm-hearted - and this really made the difference. Otherwise, it would have been just another business hotel.

We mainly chose this place because of the onsen, and while the public bath was nice enough, we were a bit disappointed that men and women could only use it in shifts as there was only one bath.

Hotspring space is small and often occupied if you go on holidays. Don’t expect you can take a relaxing hotspring bath.

The location is very close to Matsumoto station and to many restaurants. The room, although it is small it was very comfortable. Definitely a good place to stay for multiple nights because of the good price/benefit relation.

The breakfast time is very short so it is necessary to wake up early. There is only one onsen so the time is distributed for men and women. Unfortunately the time when I wanted to use it, it was unavailable.

The hotel was newer and the rooms were clean. I especially liked choosing a pillow and our own yukata to wear in the onsen. The onsen was also nice. Breakfast was good, nothing too exciting. The location was fairly close to the train station and very close to the bus station. There is a really good French restaurant next door!

The hotel was a little too crowded, with only one elevator. We had trouble getting on the elevator on our last day. In fact, we had to walk our bags downstairs. Some people had to wait in line for breakfast. The onsen is located on the first floor near the dining area creating even more congestion, and it was a little strange walking in and out of the onsen with so many people eating.

The rooms were nice and clean, and I enjoyed relaxing in the onsen. My room was larger than other business hotels I’ve stayed in. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and good hotel. As is usual with Japanese hotels, the staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is as high as anyone could ever wish for. The room is not spacious, but it has a clean design, a good bed, couch, and table. The bathroom is cramped by western standards, but features everything you need. And the room has a small fridge, a water cooker for making your own tea or instant noodles, and so on. The hotel is a few hundred meters from the station, so it has easy access to the restaurants around there, and things like the musea in the center of town.

If you like staying in bed late, you can basically forget about it, because the staff wants to clean rooms after 10:00. You can put a notice on your door telling them you don't need your room cleaned, but they go around the halls and knock on the doors of people who have forgotten to do so. They are insistent, seemingly in an attempt to wake up customers that might be asleep in their room. As a result, even if you put up a notice telling them not to come in, you will have a very hard time sleeping past 10:00 due to the loud talking in the halls. Most people wouldn't consider this a big problem at all, but it's the only thing about this hotel that was slightly annoying.

The staff were very accomodating and changed our smoking room to a non smoking room with no trouble. You could also pick your own pillow at the reception which i have never seen before.

The Onsen was only available late at night for males.
