Fantastic view, Can is a great host

Wifi only worked on the balcony as it router is in the garden that end

Overall great in terms of everything. Location, view, the pool, space, felt like home.

Just the wifi service needs to be looked into. We were a group of 14 for three nights and neither of us could access or get wifi signals.

Absolutely amazing view from the balcony that will take your breath away. Nice pool and a beautiful garden. Big comfortable and stylish apartment with everything you need. Close to the center, but a very steep slope to get up again if you have difficulties walking. No problem as taxis are pretty cheap. Can is a wonderful and helpful host, and and we will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect!

the studio stood apart from the rest of the apartments and we felt as though we were the only ones there, which was awesome. The manager, Chan. was extremely charming and very helpful. I could have stayed there for a month. Make sure to rent a schooner if you do not have a car as it is quite a hike to the accommodation.

The superv view, nice and cosy bed, balcony and pool.But above all the views is mind blowing. All the facilities was good but a microwave would have been better.

cleaning it poor toilet was not cleaned.. floor it didn’t washed when you using laundry machine, some water flying on kitchen floor

The view and the pool were amazing. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had our own private area outside near the pool to eat. We had a very nice stay.

We had the studio apartment and it was a little smaller than we thought. Small but still comfortable.

Everything was just brilliant! Friendly host. Great view! The pool and the view from the window exceeded all our expectations!

Clean room with beautiful view to Kash city bay and surrounding cliffs. Host is communicative person, willing to help in certain matter. If you need to have a diving school booked - he is a right person to ask.

amazing sunset, the property was very spacious. kitchen well equipped. very friendly owner who was helpful.

things like toilet paper/towels were not replaced. for a 6 night stay this was not ideal. owner did not tell us we had to pay cash, this was frustrating as all ATMs charge a large fee to take out Euros. if we knew this prior we could have arranged it.

It was a great experience staying here in the apartment. Everything was great. The hotel owner was always courteous. I can only recommend this hotel. The view, the calm, the hospitality simply recommended. It won't be my last visit here either.

The view and the pool

Amazing view from the balcony as from the swimming pool. The owner was very kind, spoke a fluent english and was always ready to answer to our requests, by phone or whatsapp. The city center is at only 5' car distance from the home and the cost is all worthy. If you want to spend a nice time in Kaş, this is the house to look for!

The most amazing view on a big terrace, the place is amazing. A lot of space and all the facilities you need. The host is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come stay there again 😊

It should be stated more clearly that apartment is at 100 meters able sea level, on the slope of the mountain, it's really hard to get there without a car.

The location in Kas was excellent, with a spectacular view on the harbour and the islands. The room in this apart-hotel on the second level was large and comparatively new. A good balcony adds flavour to this. John, the manager, gave a lot of good advice and was helpful in many ways. To reach the heart of the city and the best beaches (like in Kaputas, Patara, Myra) one has to use a car. A drive from Antalya is about 3,5 hours. Life without driving in this hotel seems to be problematic (the hotel is far from the sea and is situated on the hill).

Almost nothing, although some of the guests were very loud at night. Linen has to be changed regularly.
