Our second holiday here - the house is a perfect location, we love the view of the sea and being so near to the beach. The weather wasn’t as hot as last year so we had our own private beach. The children loved it! Thanks again Benji and Leah.

House was excellent. Very clean, well kitted out and lovely furnishings. Spectacular views out to sea, especially from the second floor Juliet balcony. Very convenient for walking out along the promenade and Landguard Point. Ample parking and easy to access main roads to travel further afield.

The house is lovely. Spacious, clean and welcoming. Fantastic location too.

Restful weekend with some friends, lovely situation right on seafront. Plenty of places to eat out, or supermarket not far if you want to stay in and cook. Beds super comfy and stunning house. Benji and Leah answered all my questions quickly. Can't wait to go back, think we'll make it a yearly escape!

We had a short stay at Benji and Leah's place to explore the Suffolk coast and we were extremely happy with both the area and the accommodation. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed, and there's a fantastic park for the kids within a two-minute walk. We'd definitely love to stay here again - highly recommended. We had a lovely 2 night break over new year in this property, it had everything we needed, child friendly with the addition of highchair, cot, beach toys and kids dvds. The house is a nice size split over 3 floors and each room is very clean and nicely decorated. Beds are v comfy and the bedrooms are spacious. The addition of a welcome pack of crisps and drink and chocolate was a nice surprise. Good location for the beach, we cycled on the promanade and kids playground outside the house. We visited Colchester zoo from the house too, within 40minutes. Thanks for having us.

The property was very lovely. The welcome pack of a fizzy drink, some crisps and chocolate were a lovely touch on arrival. The views of the sea are amazing. My family were astounded at what the property had to offer. I would definitely stay there again.

Everything is brand new and very comfortable accommodation. The living space is tight for a large group, but overall we would highly recommend this as a vacation spot because of the priceless location. Uninterrupted views and 2 steps to the beach.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Prior to the booking Benji & Leah were extremely helpful and quick at responding to all of our questions that we had, such a brilliant price for a lovely apartment. 6 of us including 2 children stayed here for three nights. We all had an amazing time. The apartment was child friendly and safe for babies. Although we stayed here in the winter, it felt great waking up to a sea view only a couple of hundred yards away from our bedroom. The apartment is extremely modern and brand new with all its amenities of great quality and top brands. The beds were SUPER COMFY and I've had trouble getting used to my old bed now that we are back. Overall this was a lovely little holiday, being only an hour and half from London we will definitely be back..
