We loved the location, the helpfulness and extra-friendliness of the staff, the quiet efficient air conditioning (we had 30+ degree heat outside), the equipped kitchen and the housekeeping.

The sofa and chair were not very comfortable and there was no microwave oven (even though everything else in the kitchen was great).

the view from the apartment was amazing,right on the beach, and very close to fabulous restaurants and a fabulous boulevard walk.

loved the pool area and that the pool was heated.

The location with nice seaview, the room had nice not outdated furniture like often in Playa del ingles, a very functional kitchen and good beds. Appreciated the jacuzzi with stunning views. Warm and helpful welcome by reception.

Nothing really, maybe the shopping center downstairs from the club but then Playa del Ingles is renowned for it's tacky, kitch, derelict shopping centers ...

Fantastic location and great value for money. If i ever stayed in Playa Del Ingles again I woule choose to stay here. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Only downside was it was slightly dated but didnt mind too much given the price of it.

The rooms air con was essential for a good nights sleep, the views from the balcony of the beach was fantastic, the pool was great, the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The wifi worked perfectly. The washing machine and tumble dryer facilites were also great. Plenty of sunbeds for everyone.

The location and the staff were perfect. Sr Roque was extremely friendly and helpful, give to him a medal! The hotel is next to the beach, near to a lot of restaurants, the swimming pool was super good. For sure I will come back.

Closeness ro the beach. Magnificant view of beach and sea. Heated pool and jacuzzi. Free parking for our hire car ( note only 4 spots so maybe different in high season). Good cooking facilities. Tv with Sky News. Easywalking to many restaurants. Excellent food and drink at pool bar. Lovely balcony with chairs and table. Friendly staff.

The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable as they had cheap filling. This ruined my sleep every night.
