love the location of the property- so easy to walk to everything nearby.

the stairs were the biggest drawback, although the staff was readily available to help with our luggage.

Walking distance to the marina. Great views of the city and of sunrise! Villa feels like home. Has full kitchen, utensils, etcétera. Large living room, TV in bedroom and in living room. Large family size patio. Enjoyed jacuzzi in the evening. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Has night time guard. Area looks and feels super safe . Umbrella and beach towels available. Laundry service can be obtained thru villas for a fee. Staff was very nice! Free coffee and fruit.

Pool wasn't heated and needed to be cleaned/maintained.

location is the best, walking distance to both Marinas and downtown. very good uphill view of the bay and the town.

There was no breakfast provided. However we received a fruit plate and coffee upon arrival. Location was excellent

The internet was spotty and the rooms and lounge chairs by the pool require updating.

Staff was awesome and it is on a great location. there is a great view from most of the rooms. We had a room with a territorial view that only had three flights of stairs to get to. We would have preferred a better view for the price, but we booked late for new years, which is a very busy holiday in Cabo.

The shuttle company they recommended to pick us up stiffed us, took our money, and did not show up at the airport. That left us in the lurch on a holiday night forcing us to take an expensive taxi. not the hotels fault fault at all, but they did recommend them. i would avoid TRANSPORTISTAS JOSEFINOS

The staff and the coffee was great! The location was very ideal being walking distance from shopping and good eats. They offered towels you can take to the beach.

We were on the 2nd floor so we didn't have many stairs to climb. Everything was ideal. We could not use a safe deposit box because it was not reliable, even when maintenance came to fix it. I could not get the box open and I didn't want our valued items to get stuck in the box.

Location and well maintained

Some of the equipment were old, like the shower head. The Managment can look into replacing them.

Pool was really cold

Great location, close to restaurants and bars and the marina yet removed enough to not let the noise bother you. Beautifully kept villa, bedrooms were big as was the kitchen and the balcony overlooking the town. Very clean and so comfortable. Really enjoyed staying there and would book there again!

Our villa was at the top so 120 steps to get up! :)) but it was good exercise

The location was awesome. Close to town and the marina. Staff was very helpful on the issues we had and helped coordinate a few excursions. The view from our room was great. Staff helped carry out bags up to our room.

The steps (120+) to our room. If you have any disabilities, then this place is not for you. Room was large, clean and spacious, but it's a little rough on the edges.
