Great location, directly on the beach. Three nice swimming pools.

Rooms are not worthy for a 4 stars hotel. Old furnitures, some broken or simply repaired with some plastic tapes. They need some serious upgrade and renew most of the rooms. Poor amenities provided inside the bathrooms. A total chaos inside the hotel and hard to get a proper sleep due to the several noises (doors cannot close properly, so guests simply smash it all the times) of the guests and lack of rules respect.

If you are not an enemy to your health then don’t book this hotel. I got poisoned during breakfast, in the room I was bitten by bedbugs. I had to go to the hospital and receive medical care at my own expense due to food poisoning at the hotel as well. The hotel serves breakfast dishes that have not been used since the previous days. The hotel staff does nothing to make the guests feel comfortable at the hotel. And this hotel is 4 stars. Be careful if you want to stay at this hotel. Also, the hotel staff can talk badly about you behind your back, thinking that we do not understand the Vietnamese language. I have a very negative aftertaste after staying at this hotel!

Staff need more proactive in assisting customers and also enhance the customer services In-room phone is broken. Very difficult to call out
