We enjoyed our stay at Storey Lake. The check in process at the gate was daunting because of the long line, but you eventually make it through. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The pool closest to the condo was a great size and well maintained! The other pool with the lazy river and water slides was always packed. My only complaint would be to have a discussion with the neighbors upstairs. They seem to be a permanent resident and have small kids wrecking havoc day and night running around, stomping all over the floor and it was bothersome when we would try and sleep.

From our very first communication with the owner, everything was smooth sailing. The condo was even better than the pictures and the pictures were stunning. The location is super convenient - close to stores, and disney. We split our time between disney, day trips to other local attractions (like alligator tour, mini put, and beach day) and the clubhouse. We would definitely return. Highly recommend this condo!!!!

The condo was just as the photos showed. The condo is very roomy and well decorated. I would suggest leaving a few cleaning supplies for guests to use during their. We did buy some cleaning supplies and left them there. It was unfortunate the balcony faced north. The traffic was quite noisy when sitting out there and we couldn’t enjoy that wonderful Flordia sunshine. It was a great place to stay.

The apartment was just right for our visit to Disney, it was close to the parks, restaurants, and stores. Sergio was great, I made a mistake with the booking and he was very patient and accommodating.

The condo was beautiful, very clean and spacious. It was nice to have two bathrooms. It was close to the Disney parks and shopping. Sergio was easy to contact and responded timely to my questions. I would stay here again!

Stunning property with close proximity to all of the attractions. Resort pool was a hit with the kids. Very comfortable with all of the amenities of home. The elevator did not work during out stay, but we worked around it. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway!
This property was extremely nice. Felt like we were the first guests. Well furnished and a very comfortable and relaxing. It is in a great location. Quiet but close to all of the major attractions. The pool across the parking lot was great after a busy day exploring. Would definitely stay again on a future vacation.

Amazing
I highly recommend this vac rental. It’s amazing as soon as you walk in the door u can smell the cleanliness of this home. The decor is amazingly you can tell right away the owners take pride in what they are renting. Check in was so simple they txt you all the info you need. A special thanks to Sergio who was very kind and made our vac home so special. We will definitely rent this property again.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO
Beautiful condo, clean and trendy with a modern flair. The place was nicely scented. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The amenities in the unit was a nice factor as well. Very warm and welcoming! I would definitely stay a this location again. I felt secure and relaxed all at the same time. Thank you to Sergio for allowing me to have use of his unit for our anniversary vacation.

Orlando Vacation August 2021 visit.
The property was wonderful. We enjoyed the accommodation. Everything was advertised as in the photos from the site. Sergio was very responsive with communication upon or arrival. If your planning an Orlando vacation, I would definitely recommend Stoney Lake Property as a destination. They also offer rental homes as well. Great stay.

Good. Only negative areas are pool area pretty far to walk, not enough parking or chairs . Bar is pretty expensive also. Prob wouldn’t stay at these condos again for those reasons.

Fantastic Stay!
My husband and I booked this property for a 7-day business trip/vacation. The place was exactly like the photos. Super clean, modern, cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed. We cooked, did laundry and went to the Hideaway Pool several times. It was easy to walk around alone or with someone. It’s gated and super safe. Parking and directions were easy. I walked the property quite a bit on this trip for exercise. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Sergio was great with communication. I would stay here again and again! Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

The rental was just as advertised, it was very clean and nice! The property location was great! If I had to critique one thing it would just be the hot water, only got warm and I love a very hot shower but everything else was excellent!

Comfortable condo
We visited the area to take our son to Universal for his birthday. The condo is beautiful and quiet. It is stocked with everything you need, including kitchen utensils (though we could have used a pair of tongs), dishes, paper products, soap, and towels. There is a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry detergent provided. There is a dishwasher, also with dishwashing detergent. We enjoyed the Kuerig coffee maker with the provided coffee, sugar, and creamer. There is a Publix very close to the property for anything that you might need. The beds are very comfortable. We especially loved the foosball table! There are Roku televisions, and you can watch Netflix, Hulu, prime video, etc. There is also a DVD player.
Check in is easy. You show your ID and give the address to the gate attendant when you arrive, and he or she will give you a paper that you show from then on to get into the property. The owner sends a code to enter the door of the condo, and you have to also use the code to lock the door when you leave.
The condo is located off of Osceola Pkwy, which is a toll road. The location is closer to Disney. It took at least 20 minutes each day to drive to Universal. There is still construction going on at the location, but it wasn't noisy. We didn't check out the pool, but I understand that there is one on the property.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we plan to come again! Thank you, Sergio!

Just perfect!
The property is well located, very crisp and clean and everything you could need is available. The area is under construction but this isn’t a hamper at all to the amenities or locale. The clubhouse is a wonderful addition as a family. The booking, check in and exit logistics are easy and we all wished we had a longer stay. Definitely recommended and on the repeat list for us!

Best online rental experience by far!
I'm always a little uneasy renting online, as you never are 100% sure you are going to get what you paid for. In this instance, the communication was excellent, they did everything exactly as stated, responded to messages (using their recommended app) promptly, and really made the process simple! The property was exactly as presented, and even had some unexpected benefits! You don't always have all of the soaps, garbage and paper products provided in vrbo properties. This one had it all! We lacked nothing in the kitchen, and enjoyed our stay immensely. The only downside was the water pressure, but even that was not critical. Sergio was great to work with!

Great location close to everything Disney
We were in town for a cheer leading competition and did not want to stay at a resort. This was better then a resort. This condo was clean and adorable. The property was guard monitored and the club house has an amazing gym and pool. I would definitely stay at this property again
