The apartment was very comfortable, fully equipped and centrally located with easy access to public transportation

The apartment was on the 3rd floor so in case you have problem climbing ask for a lower floor

Tiny bedroom, even hard to enter. Noisy appartment building and Wi-Fi problems.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Vienna. About a 20min walk into the centre but some restaurants located closer and in a very quiet area. The apartment was very large and meant we could spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet too, that worked well for us. Lots of hanging space for clothes too. I l really liked the code entry system for both the main door and the apartment door which is very efficient. There is no lift in the building so I wouldn't recommend if you have mobility issues but for us it was great.

The sofa was extremely hard to sit on but I am really nit picking now. We didn't spend too much time in the apartment so it didn't bother us that much but it really was like sitting on a piece of wood!

Good location. Near to transport stations and the city center.

Uncomfortable sofa in the living room. It is not clean enough.

I think the property was pretty good value for the money. As the little apartment is right at the street level it can get a little noisy when there is much traffic around.

Eventually we didn't need it, but there is no A/C and when it gets really warm it could be a plus. The pillows were not really comfortable.

Transports are nearby with connections to all city attractions. Supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby. Seamless check-in and check-out process. Staff answered all my questions very fast. Quiet street.

Old building and despite the apartment is reasonably well maintained the painting of some walls in the toilet is falling. Was not possible to shut the heater in toilet off. No towels in the kitchen. Not possible to darken the living room and bedroom. Too much light entering early in the morning disturbs the sleep of those unable to sleep with some light. The bedroom was very small. Around 20 cm from the bed to the walls on both sides of the bed. I barely have space for feet.
