It was perfect! Incredible value for money, super clean, spacious, very quiet, comfortable, great view, close to everything, great follow up by the manager. We really felt at home and would definitely have loved to stay longer!

everything was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, the view was magnificent, mamoud was such a great host he took care of all my requests swiftly and cared a great deal about the comfort of my stay, if you want anything he will take care of you 100 percent, I also took a felucca ride with mamouds brother mamoud he also looked after me so well, hot food lots of yummy tea and great conversation with a view, thank you for a such an amazing time! I’ll be back again soon ❤️

Amazing view of the sunrise over the Nile, comfy beds, and incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. Even took our motorcycle to fix a flat wheel so we wouldn’t be overcharged on account of being foreigners. loved our stay!

We loved this place. The location is perfect with a view of the Nile from the balcony. It was lovely to stay in an apartment amongst the locals and not in a hotel. Mahmoud set up tours and a guide and driver for us. We really felt taken care of. He seems to really care about the people who stay at his place.

During our trips in Egypt we stayed in many places startings from B&Bs, to hostels to 5 Star hotels. However, I must say that Luxor Plaza House offered the best value for money. The beds were long and mattress comfortable. The place is located on the West bank. You need more time to get there from the airport, train station or the city centre, but it's closer to most of the Luxor tourist attractions. It's quiet. We spent an entire day with Mohammed (the owner of the place), who was our guide during our stay in Luxor. He took us to places we would not otherwise see. Thank you Mohammed for this great experience. The biggest 4 biggest advantagest of this place include: - Mohammed - good quality to to price ratio - the area is quiet - wonderful view on the Nile River

The location is excellent for those wanting peace and river views. It stands towards the end of the West Bank tourist strip and thereby avoids the busier life nearer the ferry. The apartments are beautifully designed and generally equipped and the staff were generally very helpful particularly in providing us with internet, improved views and tea.

We were put in the wrong room for 2 of the 5 day stay which caused some inconvenience and a mid stay room change. The breakfast was modest with cold eggs. However the beauty of the accommodation and location remained the dominant factor and I would certainly recommend this accommodation.

We booked for three nights but ended up staying for a week. Mahmoud is a kind and reliable host who goes out of his way to make his guests happy. We booked several tours with him to the West Bank sights and went sailing one evening on a felucca. He introduced us to his favorite restaurants and helped us toward our next destination. The apartment was simple but clean and had a lovely balcony with a view of the Nile.

The kitchen was underequipped but with so many nice restaurants nearby, we would not have cooked our meals at home anyway. And Mahmoud can provide what you ask for. He’s very accommodating.

The apartment is comfortable, clean and well located. The host provides tours and advice about the area. We would stay here if we ever visit Luxor in the future.

Mahmoud, the manager of the hotel was a gem in Luxor , helpful and quite attentive to guests' needs and desires. Excellent value for money and the best view to the Nile from the room balcony. Mahmoud went us to Kings valley with his car with the best price. If you want to stay in West Bank, this hotel is the best and the cheapest option !

the road to the hotel is a little be dangerous and difficult to walk at night. A little bit far from the main sight of Luxor in the east bank ( Luxor Tempe/ Karnak ) . you need a car or ferry or a motorboat to go to east bank and at night is a little tricky to do it yourself. It would be nice if they have an inverter air condition with heater, because in the winter the room was a little cold inside. There is room for improvement in the cleanliness.

Mahmoud is a lovely host !! The room and the balcony are huge ! (Bigger than you can imagine on pictures) The view on the Niles and Karnak and Luxor temple is crazy! + There is a rooftop where you can admire the Niles and the mountains, you also can observe the temple of Hatshepsut (the roof is best place ever for the sunset) The place was really clean and perfumed 💐 The area is the best in Luxor: super peaceful as it's situated on the west bank and really close to everything (we used to eat next the apartment where a lot of local and very good restaurant are). You can easily,whenever you want, go to the east bank with a boat and it's not expensive at all. Mahmoud is a lovely host as I said before; he drove us for where we arrived to the flat and he explained us a lot of things about Egypt, he gave us a lot of good advices and drove us to amazing and unknown places 😍 We did a hot air balloons flight there and thanks to him we got very good prices We had an excellent time in Luxor we thank Mahmoud a lot for that ! Awesome! Everything was perfect! We had a wondurful time there! Mahmoud, the owner, was very available to help us with everything. He is a great person and we really enjoy his company. We have done some trips together to temples and he help us with everything like transport and activities. You can definitly trust him, he's a very kind person. The flat is definitly clean, with a lot of space and everything you need in it! The best part is probably the amazing view on the Nile just in front Luxor temple. We also went on a boat on the Nile, it was so great to sail at the sunset time. We had great breakfasts and diners thanks to Mahmoud's advice. Thank you so much again for everything! You would definitly come back again!

Mamoud‘s apartments are all very spacious with new furniture, typical Egyptian bathrooms, some with bathtubs, large sunny balconies overlooking the Nile with a green field in front, a rooftop terrace with a kitchen and Mamoud is a very charming host. It’s our second time here , believe me it’s the Best in Egypt for the price.

We stayed in 3 of the 4 apartments, and one shower flooded the bathroom , very poor design. Wifi is better in the upstairs ones.

Mamoud is a 5 Star Host, he will do just about anything to make your stay enjoyable without being intrusive or trying to sell you something.He will pick you up from the train station or the airport. We initially booked 2 nights and ended up staying a week. We met other travelers who showed us their place and came to visit us and everyone liked our apartment best. Mamoud also treated us to breakfast when we arrived, very generous. He also brought us a heater which in the end we didn’t need. The large balcony with view of the Luxor Temple and Winter Palace is another lovely aspect. And it’s quiet at night and very good value for the spaciousness and quality ( keep in mind it’s Egypt) of the Apartment.

I'm so lucky to be here and spend the new year vacation here , Everything was amazing : the apartment , the view of Nile . also I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. The staff were very friendly and helpful and every one was doing his best to make us happy ,specially Mr.Mahmoud the owner and Ahmed the worker . i can't forget the the celebrating New Year's Eve on the rooftop of the hotel

we loved the perfect west bank location, perfect to visit Queen and king Valley and do some boat along the Nile. the staff was great, and made everythink to make us feel at home and organize for us the perfect experience tour in Luxor. We would highly recommend and hope we will come back soon to take more time :) thank you Mamoud !

The apartment is very cute and comfortable, and the location is perfect. It was very peaceful. The owner is amazing and he went out of his way to satisfy our every need. He provided us with wifi and when his driver was sick he drove us around himself. He also organised the best guide for us. There are very nice restaurants within walking distance from the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Modern house with an amazing view over the river and the mountains, not far from the ferry to the East Bank. The host is very helpful and concerned.

The kitchen is shared on the rooftop, there was no stove on the actual apartment and the wi-fi was from the hotel next door, so most of the house didn't have coverage.

Mahmood was a great host. He is very nice and responsive. He gave great tips on where to go, places to avoid. He took us to a really good breakfast and also to an artisan souvenir shop. Also the apartment is well situated - right on the Nile with a beautiful rooftop view and balcony. It was clean with a good amount of space. Definitely recommended.

I wish the kitchen had a stove / oven. Also, while the internet service was strong, but a couple of times it slowed down.
