Location and staff

A/c and heater never work. Refrigerator never work even though they may two changes still did not work. At the end they had additional ridiculous charges for it even though nothing ever work. Change the room and same problem this time with additional “ upgrade charges” even though again it never worked. Super hot room no A/C or control of heat and no refrigerator operational.

Que el personal fue abrirnos la puerta de la habitación

Buena ubicacion en la zona comercial de San Pedro, con acceso directo a Fashion Drive y cerca de muy buenos restaurantes, un poco retirado de lugares como fundidora y estadios, pero no al grado de quitarle valor a la ubicacion, instalaciones modernas y muy limpias tanto en recepcion como habitaciones.

No encuentro que criticarle, es una excelente relacion precio-calidad

Location is great and really comfortable beds.

Breakfast at the hotel is expensive for what they offer. The shower head had rust, called them to change or clean it and did a bad job. They woke us up asking for the laundry early in the morning!

Room smell and ventilation not good

We recently opened a new manufacturing plant in Queretaro. I am typically working at this plant a couple times per month. Throughout the process of opening up this new business I have stayed at several hotels, which includes boutique hotels in downtown Queretaro. I now only stay at this property and the main reason is because of their General Manager, Eduardo. Eduardo is amazing and he gets it... Thank you and look forward to seeing you soon.

It would be nice to have someone at the outdoor bar to make drinks during happy hour. I want to thank their entire staff for making me feel at home when I am working at the hotel. Thank you!
