Hanoi Dalvostro Valentino Hotel & Spa

The hotel is in a good location just a few steps from the lake.the room was a bit tired however very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The bar has a speakeasy vibe and the bar staff were friendly and full of tips for the area. The highlight of this hotel really is the staff, special mention to Jimmy and Sophie at reception. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave great advice of where to eat and visit as well as where to avoid. Contact prior to arrival was very good with prompt replies and info/ help from Jimmy.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, they were so kind and helpful for anything I needed.

Breakfast was really nice for a small hotel and and small spread. Location was very convenient and in the Old Quarter surrounded by alot of shops and food choices The staff were very friendly, spoke good English and attentive

Just be aware that its not the quietest of room even late at night. It wasnt a very big problem though, still slept OK The fitout is quite old. Could do with a renovation to be honest, but that will only just make it much more expensive so it was good enough. Nothing to do with the hotel itself, but if you arrive on a weekend, dont be surprised if the roads are closed to traffic. Our Grab had do drop us outside the perimeter of pedestrian zone and we had to make our way by foot. As long as you can read google maps you will find the hotel without much problem

Brilliant location down a side street just off the lake. Breakfast was excellent with a nice rooftop setting Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us
