Condos, deceptively, small and poorly furnished

Kitchen recently remodeled (cheaply), hot shower, 0.2 mi from bus stop.

No windows or natural light in winter (mix of boarded in/covered by snow). Electrical wiring seems unsafe. New kitchen outlets on same circuit as heating (not ok!!). Using both at same time = blown fuse. Some lights don’t turn on, some flicker. Thermostat doesn’t really regulate temperature- we were either freezing or overheating. Closet door is broken - just wedged in off the track. Tried contacting property management 2x. Red Awning asked 5min worth of info then said they can’t help, directed to contact local property manager. No one available, very limited business hours for local company.

The condo didn’t have cable hookup for the television. I watched my iPad all weekend.

This was such a cozy, clean little spot for our group! Check-in and out was easy, the pull-out bed was super comfortable, and it was great having a full kitchen available to us. Will definitely be back!

The location was convenient to the bus route and to the grocery store and restaurants in town. A city snowplow plowed the parking lot right as we arrived which was perfect. There was only 2 of us so we had plenty of room.

Wifi password was hard to find (small print on the router).
