It was clean and a professional acting front desk.
I was traveling with a service dog and they said they did not have any first floor rooms available. This was extremely difficult as I was not only placed on the second floor but in the middle of the hall and he was probablynot on the manifest. They only had one functioning elevator for the entire building. This made it extremely difficult to take the dog outside. The breakfast looked clean and fresh but unfortunately theres nothing gluten or dairy free except a banana or apple.
