Amistad hotel

The Hotel was in the perfect location, easy to get to - I got a taxi there because I was very tired but I went back to Central Station on the Tram and it was fast and easy. The room was Simple, spacious Clean and Comfortable. Mike was very lovely, friendly and accommodating, looking after everyone at a personal level at breakfast time.

I liked everything! From the location to the size of the room to the amazing service! I'd highly recommend anyone staying there. I was a solo female traveler, I felt super safe and looked after.

nothing!

Well situated and very good breakfast

No elevator with our room on the third floor. Margo and Drew were friendly and nice. The man who was there for breakfast on the last day was not friendly. We went at 7:45 am to get coffee because we needed to leave the hotel by 8:30 am to make it to the bus station. He made it clear he was setting up. We sat by the window and got our coffee. We didn’t bother him nor asked him for anything because he was setting up. When he had finished setting up at 8:00 am he repeated we had come when the area was closed. I said, but we sat by the window and didn’t bother you. Again he said the place was closed until 8:00 am. Margo had told me we could have coffee at anytime. Unnecessary this man making us feel unwelcome.

Sehr freundlicher Service.
