The hotel manager was great. His staff was exceptionally well-trained and the breakfasts were excellent. The breakfast was unlimited with a big variety of options and the waiters were excellent. The front desk was very informative about trains and directions.
Nothing to complain about.

We have a great stay at the hotel. Very central location with great public transport links.
Breakfast at the hotel is fab and offers so much choice. Staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are absolutely perfect everything you could need in them spotless with very nice bed sheets.
There is no hotel lobby but a really nice bar/breakfast room/latenight bar with DJ, slight lack of seating inside. Lots of outside seats but you have to have the weather to enjoy them.

Excellent quality and varied breakfast, excellent location in city centre, next to tram stop, complimentary drinks in room, glass of cava upon arrival, luggage storage, staff very polite and friendly, very nice room.
Some noise from outside - trams, traffic, people shouting - even from a 4th floor room, also air conditioning a bit noisy.

Excellent location
Room was very small. I could barely move around.

"Sehr saubere und top moderne Unterkunft mit einem extrem Aesthätischen Stil. Das frühstück ist extrem lecker und das Personal extrem freundlich. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es wird für alles gesor..."
