Super sauberes Zimmer. Mitarbeiter am Telefon sehr bemüht

Great location, i had a dormer room at the top of the guest house and it had enough space, as well as a bathroom with a decent sized shower considering it is at the top of the building. Room was clean, along with usual hotel provisions like tea and coffee provided.
Some parts of the decoration could have been improved. Slightly noisey from other guests but then again, it is an old property. I can imagine for some guests the stairs could be hard to get luggage up etc.

This I a great little apartment that has a lovely little kitchenette which had everything needed for our short stay. The bathroom and bedroom are reasonable and the lounge is nice and cosy. The wifi and check codes were simple to use and the property is well located, just minutes of walking to car parks and Whitbys popular attractions. I think it was great value and well kept, we would definitely use it again.
The upstairs guests were very loud and slamming the doors including the front door which made a lot of noise in our apartment.
