Location was convenient, room was clean. Price was good.

I am so confused by the entire facility. There were no instructions or directions given. There were amenities listed, but everything was locked or not clear on how to access. Staff was virtual. It was like a ghost town that wanted to be something, but in reality it was a sad, old resort that didn't deliver on what appeared to be advertised. Heater was super loud. Rails on balcony were dangerous and so far apart that my child could've fallen through. And no coffee! Nothing mentioned bringing your own coffee.

The place was clean and well stocked. It was quite and in a good location for our needs.

I wasn’t told that the pool was out of commission. I was not informed about how to get our room cleaned or at least fresh towels. There was no one on the property to ask. The virtual staff was so so. Not very friendly and when we had trouble at the gate, the woman wasn’t being very pleasant.

*No pool AT A RESORT - UNACCEPTABLE & FALSE ADVERTISING!!! This info should have been disclosed, as I would not have booked a stay here knowing the pool had been closed for over a year!!! *The main property entry instructions were non-existent, (property address gates closed and I had to ask a person on the street how to locate lobby access). *No coffee - even Motel 6 at $49/night provides coffee packets!

This place is very nice. I will definitely stay here again when traveling to Sparks. Much nicer than staying in a hotel. To have at apartment with kitchen. And living room. Definitely a plus. Great location.

The pool was closed

The location was convenient to shopping and also easy to get to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center. Last year we stayed at a downtown Reno hotel. This location was actually much more convenient. It was also much more family friendly. It was nice to have the car parked right outside the door. Loved the kitchen facilities. If we come again, we will come more prepared to take advantage of this. We really liked the full-size refrigerator and the full-size coffee maker. Crazy that there were 3 TV sets which removed conflicts over what to watch. Minor annoyances were outweighed by the wonderful fact that we occupied the whole apartment. It provided privacy for my daughter to sleep while we were able to stay up and not bother her. It felt like a home - not like a hotel room. It was nice to see families enjoying the central park area near the BBQ area.

The facilities are aging and not kept up as well as they could be. For example, the faucet in the master bedroom sink was loose and moved around (no functional problem, though). The bar holding up the shower curtain was too low, and the shower curtain was dragging on the floor of the shower. The TV remote in the 2nd bedroom did not work. The shower hot/cold control was VERY touchy and if one wasn't careful, one could get burned as the hot water was VERY hot. One other minor annoyance - it would have been nice to have some kind of curtain or barrier between the upstairs hallway and the sink area in the shared upstairs bathroom. But that is how the apartment was designed and it was only an odd and minor annoyance.
