Die Lage ist die Beste die man in Brno haben kann. 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und mitten in der Fußgängerzone am Marktplatz, zwischen Kathedrale und Rathaus. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Für unsere kleine Tochter wurde liebevoll ein Gitterbett vorbereitet, ein Korb mit Spielsachen bereitgestellt und ein Hochstuhl in die Küche gestellt, obwohl ich nicht extra darum gebeten habe.

Bitte, bitte repariert die Schlafzimmertüre. Der Türrahmen ist verzogen und die Tür lässt sich nicht einmal anlehnen. Einen Meter von der Tür entfernt befindet sich eine Gastherme, die vor allem im Winter viel Lärm macht. Man hat dann das Gefühl als würde man im Flugzeug schlafen, wenn man die Türe nicht schließen kann. Auch die Leselampe im Schlafzimmer war leider kaputt....

Hučiaci kotol, nedoliehajúce zárubne dverí, pokazené úplne oproti kotlu, kúrenie sa večer vyplo, zima, najlacnejšie vybavenie, už trochu opotrebovanē, chladný menej útulný dojem

Jednoznacne poloha obytovania. Byt dispozicne pekny, dost velky, ale zanedbane zariadenie, najlacnejsie ako sa dalo.

Studeny nevykureny byt, 16 stupnov, na infolinke povedali ze ked tam par dni nemali hosti tak tam predsa nebudu kurit. Problemy so spustenin kurenia, kurit sa zacalo az o 21:00. Nepohli ani informacie z infolinky, museli sme si stiahnut manual k termostatu. Opadavajuce omietky, nedali sa zavriet dvere, prasknuta zarubna, plesen v sprchovom kute, lacne postelne pradlo, prilis mala plachta na posteli hned sa zosuchala, rozchadzajuce sa matrace na manzelskej posteli. Zatecena stena v kuchyni. K dispozicii len po 1 osuske, ziadny uterak. Dakujeme, neodporucame.

I really liked the apartments, the location is very convenient, there are places for sightseeing, shops and restaurants nearby!

Good location. Communication with property owner was smooth. Apartment was well prepared and clean.

I did not like the online check in. In case you need to organize more people from different places it is quite cumbersome to check them all in online. Problem starts when yo u need less or more people to check in as online solution is not so flexible. Apartment clearly needs second/third set of keys. Elevator was also not working one full day.

No heating on very little instruction for boiler / washing machine / tv took ages to get Tv on I had messaged about this but no one available to help bedroom door would not close properly noisy at night from street noise central location

The location was excellent: in the center but quiet. Everything we needed for our short stay was in walking distance.

Location excellent. Clean, tidy and bright, generally good facilities. Would come again if back in Brno

Facilities generally v good but towels small for 3 adults and no hand towel in kitchen. Plug in kitchen didn't fit so made washing up difficult. Noisy outside from people in square which in summer I would think would be an issue but fine with windows all closed. These are picky things would recommend
