The staff entered my room without my permission or being aware then left me a note telling me to tidy up the room. Totally unprofessional.

I know it’s under renovation, and it has the ability to become a beautiful hotel. But in the meantime, a little more upkeep to the rooms would be great. My rooms bathtub had rust stains all over the bottom of it and was badly scratched up. If you wanted to soak in the bath, you would quickly change your mind.

Only one problem there were roaches

The room was not up to date. the sheets and pillows were dirty. the view from the window was a abandoned pool area. i wouldn’t recommend APM inn to no one.

Where do I even begin- charged an extra $100 for a deposit and a pet fee- the pet fee was the same amount as the room. Got one room it was horrible I had to ask to be moved. People live here full time, ferral cats and trash all over the parking lot. Hallways filthy and the room- bugs both dead and alive,paint coming off the doors,windows so filthy you can't see out them! Some sort of electrical mess on the wall for the tv the window blinds only partly work and thay are so filthy. I can not wait to get out of here. If it wasn't so cold I'd rather sleep in my vehicle!!!!!

Nothing had a horrible experience

I didn't stay at this hotel and did not receive a refund like I was told I would have. When I arrived the receptionist told there is a $50.00 hold on my card that will be refunded at the end of my stay. I did not have that nor did it say anything when I booked the hotel that there was any fee. Do better next time. We were turned away with nothing in return and was told to call about a refund on how we booked the room, With no response from the hotel. Would not try this place take your money elsewhere.

Dirty everything including towels. No basics including TV, hygiene paper, soap. Noisy with barking dogs all night till 3am from all neighbor rooms and top floor. Worst hotel stay ever.

Older place, but was clean and comfortable.

I ran into bad weather and ended up stuck on the freeway for almost 2 hours. I called the property because it was showing I wouldn’t make it till close to midnight but wanted them to know I was definitely coming. I was informed their office closed at Midnight so if I didn’t make it by then, I wouldn’t have a room. I luckily got there in time. With that being said, since the office is closed, there is basically nobody there through the night. I was awakened by some unruly guest whooping and hollering at 330 and then proceeding to talk loudly in the hallway for another half hour.

The location. I just needed a room for 1 night (12 hours max) so the price was within my budget

That the front door is locked from midnight to 8am. I walked to grab my son's football gear and forgot about the key and I was locked out of the building. Luckily there was another lady standing out in front of the building that let me in

The pictures that were posted online were false to say the least, filthy, disgusting and what I booked online was not what was at the front desk when I arrived and I was told I did not book or make a special reservation when I did due to a handicap I have...never ever again and the place should be shut down permanently for false advertisements
