Perfect location in Riomaggiore. Can't beat the convenience and the sea view. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds are super-comfy.

We had requested twin beds, but when we arrived only a queen bed was made up. The property was apologetic and corrected it as soon as they could.

The location was great, especially considering I had a big suitcase. It's a short walk from the center, which was good because it was silent at night. The room had everything that was necessary, it was cleaned every day and they were kind enough to leave some complimentary water, cookies, coffee and tea. Would definitely recommend the stay.

The instructions for check in were delayed and I had to contact the host on the phone, other than that it was fine.

very close to the train station. perfect for our family if 4, we rented two rooms. easy walk to the trains and Downtown. air conditioning was in excellent working condition and it was spotless! very happy to recommend

The property was really close to the train station, very quiet and secluded. Nice, neat and tidy.

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the safe is really small and not secured.

Sea view was exception!! Especially appreciated we had the corner suite so extra windows were on the side...and they opened! The location was great for catching the train, and for accessing the short tunnel to the town area. Unit was well-decorated and clean.

The host never showed up throughout our 3-day stay, despite covid measures being widely relaxed. Aside from the TV not working (the host said there was a problem with the antenna, but we could hear TVs in other flats), my partner could not sleep well and we found a broken bed slack which someone had tried to temporarily fix with tape. The host even tried to insinuate it had been broken after we arrived. In addition, the room is quite small and not much breeze coming in with open windows due to the position. Being originally Italian and having been in multiple places across the country, I believe this accommodation is overpriced for what it effectively offers.

The building and elevator are a little old and dirty but once you get to the room, it's extremely clean and new.

It is a room rental in an apt building. Not a hotel. There are three flights of stairs to get up before you reach an elevator.

The sea view is great, and the location is good as well. The room is modern and clean. There's a refrigerator, and there are complimentary snacks and water.

Very strict on check-in time. Told upon arrival that cash payment is preferred, which could be inconvenient.

The room had everything we needed after a long day of hiking, 2 minutes away from the station and sparkling clean. Air conditioning, good shower, comfy bed. Recommended!

We loved our stay at Sofia Holiday. The room was newly remodeled and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed - even high-quality bed linens and bath towels. Loved the sea view and convenient location.

The only disappointment was the delay in getting the information needed to access the room. It was promised the night before arrival but we didn't receive it until 30-minutes after arrival - and after 2 reminder messages through booking.com, a phone call and a text message. After that everything was perfect.
