Appreciated the vegetarian options on the menu and the included breakfast. Our second room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We booked the CP due to its proximity to Heathrow - great stepping off place to fly out the next day.

Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke so we requested a change. This was done without hesitation but the change was time consuming and irksome. Could have been prevented by alert housekeeping staff.

Excellent location for an early flight. Delicious breakfast. Would return again. Building houses the Crowne Plaza and the Holiday Inn Express.

Lovely high ceiling atrium in the lobby and bar, clean and very comfortable room. Blackout curtains were excellent!

No hotel operated courtesy bus, only an Airport which cost £6.80, we ended up getting a fixed price taxi which was not much more than the bus option.

The location at Terminal 4 is perfect - by plane, underground, bus or taxi. Price is very competitive for Heathrow. The staff are friendly and efficient (thank you Lena). I had requested day use of the room as I had a 10.00pm long haul flight to Australia - for 10UKP per hour it is a great deal (if you join the members club you automatically qualify for a 2pm checkout). The breakfast bar has plenty of choice and includes a decent coffee. Room service is quick and there are plenty of light meal options . There is a cosy bar next to reception and a comfortable lounge area. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Excellent shower and soft towels.

The hairdryer cable is too short.

Perfect location, short covered walk from T4. Comfy bed, super quiet room, luggage storage, late-ish checkout, convenient restaurant on site.

An earlier checkin would have been great - especially as we came from Australia ( with a long layover, it was about 30 hours) - we were exhausted. We eventually got one, but still a 5 hour wait?( I appreciate that it’s not their fault we arrived at that time)

Incredible location if you have super early flight! just 5 minutes walk from the counter.

The windows look at the interior, you feel in a cave without sunlight.

Room service very expensive

The location is perfect for us when going to London. We always stay there coming and going. The rooms are awesome, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is great, and their breakfast is the best ever. We always have dinner there as well, and they have a great menu. The food is delicious..

I have no complaints about this hotel. It's one of my favorites.

The carpet in the hall smelled, the first room we were in was very noisy(I was told it was the water pipes) moved us to a new room. Shower head in both rooms need to be cleaned so they work properly.

Location was ideal for early morning flight from T4. Room was quiet and comfortable. Toiletries smelled lovely!

First room refused as had been used by smoker. Second room only had 1 bathrobe and slippers.

Was woken up at night despite telling them I had an early flight , being told I had had drinks at the bar and not paid for them . Then the manager and bar man came up to our room . When he saw me he realized they had made a mistake . The reason we booked this was to get an early night as we had an early flight so to be woken and accused was a complete farce

Our bedroom had a horrible large stain in the corner on the carpet next to one of the beds. We had asked for 2 beds but only one was available.
