They are rather unprofessional in billing. For a one night stay they have debited my credit card twice.

Clean, super convenient as it’s a 5 minute covered walk to terminal 4, lovely staff.
The beds were awfully hard and uncomfortable.Wasn’t able to sleep for much of the night.

It was calm and nice and the staff were very nice. The bed was clean
My room was a bit dirty. The sink faucet was dirty, the toilet seat was dirty and there were hairs in the shower and on the table in front of the bed. I didn’t take more photos because I was very tired and just wanted to sleep for a few hours before my flight

Close to Heathrow airport terminal 4
Hotel did not checked my reservation which included breakfast and when got to restaurant they told me it was not included and even they called front desk but they confirmed was not included. I was running to check on my reservation and had to go back to front desk with my booking confirmation and by then breakfast was closing, they let me have it but in a hurry. The restaurant menu is short and they did not allowed to add any ingredient to what is in the menu even though they asked chef.
Room was nice but no possible to use smart tv as it is fix to not use.

Fantastic hotel - comfortable, relaxing, very modern and very convenient for the airport.
I spent too much in the bar and at the restaurant!!! (My bad, not the hotel's per se.) Also the smoking area outsid ethe hotel is a bit crappy.

Was für ein Frühstück! Ich kann nur sagen: Bucht spätere Flüge oder steht früher auf, um Euch Zeit für dieses überraschend tolle Frühstück zu nehmen. Mit Live-Cooking und allem, was das Herz begehrt. Der ganze Foyer-Bereich mit Front-Desk, Bar und Restaurant ist zum Wohlfühlen gemacht und man vergißt, daß man an einem Flughafen ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und helfen mit vielen Dingen aus, wenn man sich vor dem Abflug noch nicht ganz sortiert hat. An Schreibtisch und Teppich sieht man vereinzelt, daß die Zimmereinrichtung etwas älter ist - das trübt den Komfort und Standard aber nicht. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Bad sehr schick. Alles sauber.
Das Zimmerfenster ist überraschend schmal und weit unten. Stört aber nicht, wenn man hier nur kurz übernachten will.

Beautiful building.
My room was a bit old. But very clean. The location is isolated from everything. Next to gate 4 but there were no shops or food possibilities except of the hotel itself. Also: the fridge didn’t work properly. Was brought another fridge and it was even worse.

Very attractive design and high quality accommodation. Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks are due to the concierge Paul who provided exceptional service.

Room was well appointed and comfortable, Breakfast location was lovely overlooking a kitchen garden with a pond and ducks! Food was good quality and plentiful, staff were very attentive to everyone's needs.
T4 location was excellent and would always stay here when flying into the UK

Great lounge area with bar and cafe were perfect place to recover after 24 hour trip.
Staff absolutely incredible- helpful and friendly.
Beds were also top notch.
Access to health centre- would be great to make it more open.

The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and a nice shower.
The meal at the restaurant was excellent as was the breakfast the following morning.
Check in and out was hassle free and the location for terminal 4 could not be easier.
This is not really a dislike more a comment, the dispensers in the shower, shampoo, conditioner etc could be positioned a bit further away from the shower, I caught my arm on the dispenser and broke the top off, wnen walking down the corridor the following morning I noticed a lot of dispensers on the cleaning trolleys with broken dispensers!

Convenient location, spacious, staff on the whole friendly.
Service was slow in the restaurant. Discovered hair on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. The shower gel container had less than 10% contents remaining. The tiles grouting had visible dirt. The air conditioning unit was noisy and had an effect on my sleep. I would not consider returning to this hotel.

Sauber und ordentlich ist es wie erwartet. Belüftung funktioniert auch gut soweit ich das beurteilen kann. Frühstück kann ich noch nicht beurteilen.
Bilder der Zimmer und tatsächliche Ausstattung liegen leider nicht beeinander. Zimmer sind im Gegensatz zum Bild auf dem Bookingformular eher sehr klein. Fenster können nicht geöffnet werden. Ausserdem hatten wir vorab gebucht. Der Preise wurde erst nach Anfrage berücksichtigt. Dafür ist der Preis des Zimmers insgesamt sehr hoch. Mit Wechselkurzgebühr habe ich 206 Euro gezahlt für ein Standart Hotelzimmer für eine Nacht. Für das kleine Zimmer absolut zu hoch!

I liked how modern the hotel was and how it was comfortable
I think the room service menu could have been better with more variety, there was only one dessert option and I feel like the price for the dessert was ridiculous. It was £11.50 for one slice of sticky toffee pudding and the irony was that the dessert wasn’t even fresh and nor was it moist or sticky. I also found the room really dark and dingy and there also wasn’t a single bottom of water in the room or biscuits to have with a cup of tea.

Great location for Terminal 4, large comfortable room and excellent dining.
Access to the car park was OK but when we left we had to drive a long way to get back onto the motorway.
Also the IT at reception and when trying to exit the car park was down

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Dinner was good, lovely bar, all staff excellent & friendly, nothing too much bother for them. Felt intimate.
We were upgraded to dinner bed & breakfast, but found that there was only a £50limit to dinner, which was unexpected, staff also weren’t clear about what was included/value included.

Location was excellent. We liked being able to walk from the hotel to departures the next morning. If we need to stay at Heathrow in the future, we will definitely stay at the Hilton.
We did not like the high service charge automatically put on our bill after eating in the OXBO cafe.
