The location was great, right in the middle of the old city in Split. It was about 7 minutes walk to the hotel that the apartments were linked to and the pool there was small but nice. It was really helpful that there were sunbeds and towels to use at the pool so we didn't need to take our own.
The room was a decent size, with lots of space to move around and the bathroom was also spacious and the shower worked well. The aircon worked really well, and was appreciated in the heat! The communications were clear as to where we needed to collect our keys and how to return them afterwards.
I didn't realise that the apartment was going to be on the 3rd floor and there was no lift. It wasn't too much of an issue but when you arrive quite late after a flight, it felt like a slog! It was also a bit confusing as to if the front door should be double locked each time.

We stayed in the separate room about 5 minutes from the Agava Hotel. The room was small but central and had everything you need. We were right in the centre which was fantastic and the service from the hotel was great. The room was very clean.
There was nothing about the property that we didn't like. Just to be aware that the room is 3 flights of stairs up with no lift so people with mobility issues would struggle.

Small room. Below average bed comfort. Poor condition of drywall in bathroom-moldy and peeling.
