The only good thing was that the apartment was spacious and rather clean.

I had an unfortunate experience staying at this expensive hotel. During our stay, my husband and 10 years old daughter were trapped in the elevator for an entire hour, and no one offered an apology or even a Glass of water. The escape from the elevator was “ arranged” through a 40 cm gap between the elevator ceiling and the previous floor, which was not only difficult, but could have been also dangerous.To make matters worse, for the following two days, we were forced to climb eight floors on foot due to elevator malfunctions. In addition to this, the sink in the bathroom became rapidly blocked, we had issues with opening the safe and the sliding doors from the closet were off the rails and got also stuck.The stairs we had to use to get down and up each time were disturbingly dirty and many of them broken, which Could have put anyone at risk. The appearance of the swimming pool water was troubled and muddy. No wonder nobody was using it. This series of incidents greatly affected the quality of our stay and left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite the luxurious reputation of this hotel, the staff did not provide any apologies, not to speak about any form of compensation for the inconveniences we faced. I hope that the management of this hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not encounter such a disappointing experience.

Nice looking spacious room with a comfortable bed and balcony with side views to ocean, free of charge valet parking, almost right on the beach

Poor maintenance in hotel, elevator made strange noises and some outer parts looked rusty. Bad smell in hallway of our floor level (ok in the room though) and when opening bin in kitchenette. Pool access only against charge even though room was already expensive. On beach which is only gravel extremely loud music. Breakfast was rather poor with unmotivated staff (staff at reception and at beach was very helpful though. Drinks and food on beach very expensive.

i didn t liked that they don t have blackout curtains. It covers half of the window and it was difficult for me to rest.

very clean. good sized rooms very good staff especially housekeeping. great views lots of glass. by far one of best large aparthotels in the area.

no proper shower. hose in small bath so water goes all over the place. amazing given the rest of faculties. dining room bit ‘Alice in wonderland’weird. swimming pool good size but over looked. reds screen from road.

Not a 4 star for sure. It's overpriced for what you get.
