The facilities were good, it was quirky interior, clean and breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and friendly.

The WiFi wasn’t strong enough in the room, it was fine whilst on the top floor at breakfast or in the lobby on ground. We were on the second floor and the connection was poor.

早餐丰富且食材不错，酒店的员工非常的友好热情，房间内的设施和装修都还不错。Nice breakfast experience with varies choices. Nice and friendly staff.

地点不是很显眼，如果是按导航过来的话(google maps)，有可能会找不到。楼下旁边的医院有一些很大的空调外机，对于声音比较敏感的话会觉得比较难受。If you navigate by google maps may ignore the building because the hotel is hide in a small alley, may suggest the hotel put some signs to show directions. If you are sensitive of noises, giant AC cooler belongs to a hospital next door may offend you .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had no complaints at all regarding the room or the bathroom. Overall, the hotel is lovely, and very good quality for the price you pay. We liked the big open library room when you enter the hotel.

Unfortunately, the surrounding buildings around the hotel does not look very good. It actually makes you feel a bit unsafe. We were informed that there is an embassy right next to the hotel, but we could not see it. We actually took a Bolt taxi from and to the hotel just because we did not want to walk in the streets leading to the hotel.

Pleasant lady at the reception during checkin in and also very nice gentleman at the hotel who helped us with our luggage. Good lobby. Didn't feel like a boutique hotel but if you got for a discounted price its worth for overnight sleep. They gave us extra blankets upon request. Helped us to find a good halal restaurant nearby 'Um Faris Restaurant'.This resto serves Arabic, Italian, fast food , Indian cuisines ( even though none of it tasted authentic to what we have eaten in a authentic restaurants but it was tasty, good ambience, great service specially by a teenager who is part of the family business).

Had smell of the gutter in the room corridor as well as one of our team members room ( I think its because there are many unoccupied rooms probably with unused wash basins and shower sinks causing these smell). The team member room was changed upon request without any hassle. No Iron and board provided. Not located centrally , we would have chosen liberty square if did know the area better for easy walking access in Tbilisi but if you are planning to use public transport then they said there is metro station and buses in walking distance. I mean I would have chosen better place for my next stay in Tbilisi for what I have paid as there are infinite number of option available. Breakfast was very very very basic without much life in it. They set it up in the roof with glass windows around with not much of a interesting view ! They got two tower aircon on both side of breakfast area , only one is turned on which got heating option and other is not working. Probably it was set like people who wish to be warm during breakfast can be on one-side and people who prefer cold can be on the other side.
