The overall service & environment in the unit is good. Front desk servicer patiently guide us through for how to enter the parking lot & get the lift to go down.

One of the big room facing foodcourt comes with two bed but only 1 blanket is there. Only 1 bathroom is out there while the other one is a private bathroom attach to a room. So if need use then there is actually left just 1 to share among others. The car park super narrow. Big car if want go up pretty hard and will easily scratched on the wall. And unfortunately my family is driving 1 hilux & 1 SUV. Luckily no harm done. But is recommened to get your guest being inform on that before bad lucks happened. The another unfortunate stuff happened is that the lift at L3A broken so need to walk down stairs and take another lift at L3 to reach our unit.

There is a lot of restaurant nearby.

The environment was great! Many things were provided—water filter (only room temperature, no cold or hot ones) kettle, plates, mugs, broom, iron (didn’t work though) and iron board. Two of the rooms had greatt view! we can see the 3 tallest towers in Malaysia from the rooms.

Nothing much, it’s just that the provided iron was not working. But it’s fine since we were prepared, we brought our own.

The house is spacious for big family. Clean and organized.

-The house is clean and satisfactory equipped. All the air-conditioners are well-functioned. 4 rooms with comfortable beds and mattresses. -2 parking spaces -easier for big family -Selayang view at night

- We have to pick the keys somewhere else. Then, they gave the map to go to the property - next building. OK, but the parking have narrow turns from floor to floor. Parking is at level 4A. then you have to go one floor (level 4) to get the lift. - The pool is under maintenance. They should update in the website as we want to choose the homestay with pool. The kids were devastated.
