Riva Palace

Perfect location, right in the middle of the walls of the palace and on the main strip of all the good places to eat but still private!Beautiful view and very helpful host!

Hot water went out once, but was back by morning.

We stayed here during our trip to Split and had a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable, right inside the historic palace walls, making it so easy to explore the city on foot. Because of the historic location, be prepared for quite a few steps to reach the property. This seems completely standard for the area and didn’t bother us at all, but it is worth noting if you have heavy luggage. Once inside: A lovely view of the water. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly (a total lifesaver!). The room was well-proportioned, and the bathroom was a great, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split!

Central location. Similar to an rbnb. Good bath size. A stone trow from the center of the old city. Good AC. Open blinds, and you have an espectacular view

It is difficult to locate the place as it is located on top and next to old structures. Needed help from the manager who was in, awaiting our arrival. Need to climb a moderate number of stairs, some very old stone made. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, more stairs, first european stile as ground is zero.

Very clean spacious room very helpful staff

Too many stairs n steps to get to the place if you have more than carry on very difficult. Although the staff tried to help and carry some of the luggage
