Our stay in this beautiful house was amazing. The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. Juan and his wife are also really friendly and could help us with everything. Definitely recommend!

Lovely hosts. Juan and Isabel were most accommodating. Very near beach and restaurants and playgrounds. Very close to Mercadona supermarket. Pharmacy around the corner. Bus service just meters away.Private pool was key feature for kids. We will return if the opportunity presents itself.

Lovely property, as advertised and pictured in listing. Very private, front courtyard kept street noise down. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Pool is perfect for hot June days. Lots of closet space and numerous beds available. The neighborhood is very authentic and not touristy. We felt safe walking at night around the neighborhood and even more so in the city. Super easy to walk, get a cab or Uber, catch bus or metro. We did it all with ease from this location. It took us about 20-25 minutes to take bus into city center. Use the app on your phone to buy tickets easily. Many small grocery stores and cafes nearly. The beach is just across the street, but go early to secure a chair rental as it is very crowded in summer. Lovely restaurants and bars directly on the beach. Many stores close early and closed on Sunday nearby. Tiny inconveniences- lots of ants seeking moisture inside as it was hot and dry. Only a few small towels available, so we purchased 5 extra beach towels to use. Brief air conditioning issue that was quickly addressed by the owner. Owner and his family are very responsive and friendly. Communication by What’s App was very quick. Highly recommend this house for a family seeking a tranquil vacation.

Excellent beach stay property. 9 adults so we utilised all 4 bedrooms plus the double bed in the attic. Easy to get to & close to beach plus all amenities. Juan was an excellent host. Pool is a good size. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic time staying in this lovely villa. Juan was very helpful and communication was easy. We loved the pool and garden and the villa was spacious and clean. Will hopefully be back to stay another time!

A great base close to the beach with good transport links to the city centre. We walked to the city a couple of times, choosing the longer route along the front and then up the old river bed, which takes in plenty of sites along the way. The property was clean, with a well equipped kitchen, plenty of seating both internally and externally. Communication with Juan & Isobel was easy and they were very helpful and accommodating, we felt very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Loves this place! The pool is so relaxing. Very close to the beach and a cool area back from the beach with little cafes, bars and tapas restaurants. Aircon downstairs and in the loft is crucial. Seemless and friendly communication. 10/10!

Large and accommodating home with everything you need for a large family get together. Spain is hot in July and the pool was VERY welcome!

The home was very spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Juan was very easy to work with and was full of suggestions for us. While there we enjoyed the beach as well as the city center and Oceanographic museum. There are a variety of transportation options and the city is easy to walk being very flat.

We had a great week staying near the beach with two families. The home was a bit further from the city by public transport then expected (if you are not with small children you can best rent a bike to get to town). Sufficient amount of rooms although the attic room has a low ceiling (we choose not to stay here). Couldn’t find a washing machine al thought it was in the advertisement. Juan was great, helped us with an early check in. Very nice when traveling with small kids. We loved the backyard and the swimming pool! Good size kitchen, we didn’t need to go out to eat.

My friends and I stayed here for a vacation and it was incredible! The house was clean and met all of our needs. Juan was great! It was easy to communicate with him and he accommodated us in every way necessary. I look forward to visiting again!

La casa es perfecta para visitar Valencia y en particular la playa. Tiene todo lo necesario, y más- la piscina es perfecta! Las camas muy cómodas. El proprietario nos ayudó en todo y estuvo siempre pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuese placentera. Totalmente recomendable!!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Juan and Isabel's Villa Josefina. A fantastic location, just steps from the beach and also from supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Very easy check in and checkout process, the house is even nicer than in the photos. My only suggestion would be to get a few sharp knives in the kitchen :)

I have stayed here for one week with a big group of friends and it was one of my best stays. The house was in perfect condition, very clean & the pool (with newly installed pool lights) was great to have. Juan was the perfect host and arranged everything we needed for our big group such as extra beds and clean towels. Moreover, we could always contact him when we had any questions during our stay. In addition, the location of Villa Josefina could not have been better if you are looking for a relaxed vacation with spending a lot of time at the beach. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away. Overall, we had a really good stay and we would definitively go back to this lovely villa!

A group of 9 stayed for 5 nights. The villa is lovely and there was more than enough room for everyone. There are walls around the whole villa which is great as it gives you your own private space. The pool was brilliant and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. It’s so close to the beach where there are loads of bars and restaurants. It’s also very close to a large supermarket! Perfect place in a perfect area. We are are already planning on returning next year. Thank you, Juan.

Villa Josefina is spacious, well equipped and well located for the beach and the centre of Valencia. The property matched the description and the owners, Juan and Isobel were extremely welcoming. The villa is a three minutes' walk from the beach, a long promenade, restaurants and a supermarket. The centre of Valencia can be reached by frequent buses (bus stops are also very close to the villa). We would recommend this property and we hope to stay there again.

The house was more beautiful than the pictures showed! However, there can be some improvements made: the wifi connection is very slow, especially traveling with 11 instagramming girl! Also the room downstairs smelled like the previous renter. Despite this, we had an amazing time in Valencia, which is a beautiful city. The location of the villa is perfect, right at the beach, and the pool is lovely!

Hemos estado fenomenal, la propiedad es acogedora y eso que nosotros íbamos con 7 pequeñines, el sitio es tranquilísimo y la casa nos proporcionó todas las necesidades, además nos hizo un tiempo fenomenal que nos hizo de disfrutar hasta del patio. En cantados de la amabilidad del propietario también. Quedamos muy agradecidos de lo limpia y bien que está la propiedad.
