We loved this apartment and only wish we could have stayed longer. The property is spacious, comfortable, clean, and well located. The balcony is big and has a great view of the lake and surrounding hills. The building has free parking and easy access to the elevator. The town is a close 10 minute walk. Stefy is a great host, always there when you need anything!

Very nice flat with lake view. 15 min on foot to the city center. the flat was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Very easy checkout.

there is nothing to dislike, however there is only one mirror (in the bathroom) thus for the ladies perhaps additional mirror could be useful.

Exceptional is not even a start. A super duper comfty flat on 3 floor with lift. Street Parking is always available. Very Very clean flat. All pots and pans , glasses, plates, cuttlery etc.... that you need are all there and all clean. Dishwasher, ac's in both rooms, a comft showeroom, towels and linen smells clean. Washing machine was useful for us with 2 kids. An impacable view of Lake Orta. What else? After a day out travelling comming back in our holiday home was something to look forward to. Beds are supeeerrrrrr comfortable. Stefy you are amazing 😘 so kind and welcoming. When we had little trouble with the electricity it was sorted within very few minutes and Stefy is so understanding. Thank you soo sooo much for letting us stay in your appartment. 10++ rating 🙏

Nothing. Everything was top notch

The fully renovated apartment is located on the third floor of an slightly older complex, about one kilometer from the city centre with a nice promenade and a lot of restaurants. It has been renovated with great taste and luxury. There is a large balcony where you have a view of Lake d'Orta. The house is very spacious and the massage shower is wonderful. At the end of the street there is a sunbathing lawn with a small beach and a paid swimming pool complex next to it. Parking is easy in front of the building. The building has an elevator.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

Excellent renovation, great hosts, easy to get key, location away from busy downtown, plenty of parking, safe, nice pizza place in walking distance. Clean, well equipped kitchen and great value for money.

NO WIFI, which we did not realize before arriving. Pillows are a bit soft. Shower floods if pressure on maximum.
